| Supporting utility project is a complex system engineering,which includes a series of subprojects such as water,electricity,gas and wind,sewage treatment,etc.Long construction period,high requirement of construction schedule control and many unforeseen factors in the construction process make project management difficult.The lack of necessary risk management in the process of related project construction has brought a lot of practical problems,and some even cause great harm to people’s lives and property,so the research of related risk management is particularly important.This paper,through the combing of relevant research literature at home and abroad,clarifies the core concept of the article and lays the theoretical foundation of the article.Firstly,the background of H company,PVC relocation project,general situation of PVC relocation project and public supporting project are introduced.Then,the risk factors of supporting public projects of PVC relocation project of H company are identified by WBS RBS.Then,based on the previous article,four supporting public projects of PVC relocation project of H company are identified in technology,design,management and contract The risk factors in H company are analyzed.The financial risk evaluation index system including four primary indexes and 12 secondary indexes is constructed.The risk of the supporting public projects of H company PVC relocation project is evaluated by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation results show that the risk of the supporting public projects of PVC relocation project of H company is general.Finally,in order to help H company PVC relocation project supporting public projects to avoid risks or reduce the losses caused by risks,the corresponding risk countermeasures are formulated from four aspects: technical risk,design risk,management risk and contract risk. |
