The status of China’s pharmaceutical industry in the world is not high.When Chinese pharmaceutical companies face the competition of imported drugs,there is a big gap in technology research and development,production and quality.However,from a production point of view,Chinese pharmaceutical companies have reached a consensus on using tablet automated production lines instead of manual manual operations,especially today when the country advocates smart manufacturing in 2025.the tablet automation production line project is full of various risks from the feasibility study to the project implementation.The author is in the pharmaceutical industry and has seen many pharmaceutical companies because they consider risk factors incomplete or lack a complete risk evaluation system,Blindly building an automated tablet production line,and finally the project investment failed,and the company was on the verge of bankruptcy.Because the tablet automation production line project has long product development cycles,a wide variety of products,large fluctuations in domestic and foreign sales markets,and the current domestic uncertainty regarding drug reform policies,this means that it is in line with the risk management of general projects.It’s different.Therefore,this research takes the construction project of the automatic production line of T Pharmaceutical Tablets as the research object.First,use the brainstorming method to conduct preliminary risk identification on the implementation of similar automation projects in the oral solid preparation workshop of T Pharmaceuticals in recent years,and then sort out the demand risks.Preliminary risk list of five categories:technical risk,project management risk,use risk,and resource and environmental risk.Then use the Delphi method to conduct 3rounds of expert surveys on this preliminary risk list,and determine the consistency of expert opinions through the average of expert judgment scores.Finally,based on the consensus of the experts,the project risks of the tablet automation production line are divided into 5categories,21 small items of the final risk identification list.After obtaining the formal risk identification list,on this basis,the risk evaluation index system of the tablet automated production line construction project can be established in a targeted manner,and then the weight is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the details are determined after the weight is determined.The ranking of 21 small items is brought into the risk evaluation index system,and then the risk level of this tablet automation production line project is analyzed and divided according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method."High" risk level,but through analysis of the second-level risk factors and third-level specific risk factors of the project,it is proved that the project can be implemented.Finally,use the statistical results of the project’s secondary risk factors and the three specific risk levels to classify and control different risk levels: focus on item-by-item control of "high" level risks,phased control of "higher" level risks,and monitoring "Lower" level of risk.Then through these risk control measures,the smooth implementation of the project was ensured.
