GT Engineering Project Safety Cost Management Study

With the significant acceleration of China’s urbanization process,this has become a major issue that China must face in the 21st century.The phenomenon of urban agglomeration has increasingly promoted the development of the construction industry.With the continuous development of such undertakings,the incidence of safety accidents in high-rise buildings has also increased,threatening the personal safety of construction personnel,and greatly increasing the construction cost of construction projects.In order to achieve the ultimate goal of profitability,construction enterprises must minimize costs.Effective control of project costs can be achieved by strengthening safety related cost expenditures.This article has conducted an in-depth study on the issues and current situation of safety cost management,with GT project as the main research subject.Based on the research of relevant literature,this paper sorts out and analyzes the current situation of safety cost management in GT engineering projects from several aspects:the basic situation of GT engineering projects,the safety cost system and implementation of GT engineering projects,and the safety management framework structure of GT engineering projects;Secondly,by sorting out and identifying the influencing factors of safety management costs for GT engineering projects,we finally determined 8 secondary indicators for safety cost management and 24 tertiary safety cost influencing factors indicators to build a safety cost evaluation index system for GT engineering projects;Then,based on the evaluation results,the problems and reasons in the safety cost management system of GT project are described;Finally,based on the analysis of the problems and causes,combined with the safety cost management objectives of GT engineering projects,corresponding safety cost management suggestions are proposed from three aspects:management,employees,and supervision,and the implementation effect of the optimization system is summarized.By studying the safety cost management of GT engineering projects,this article can improve and improve the current cost management methods of construction enterprises,and also contribute to the study of the safety cost management methods of construction enterprises,establishing an effective,easy to implement,systematic,and scientific safety cost management method,which has certain practical significance.
