Research On Risk Management In Construction Phase Of MM Construction Project

With the deepening of the reform and opening up,infrastructure construction,especially the construction industry in the national economy has become more and more important.Its investment intensity,construction scale and other aspects have been greatly strengthened.While providing a broad platform and opportunities for all parties involved in the building,it also raises new issues and challenges.According to the characteristics of the construction project itself,the construction phase plays a crucial role in the entire life cycle of the construction of th e project,and plays a crucial role in the quality,safety,schedule,cost,and late operation of the construction project.Therefore,the risk management research for the construction stage of the construction project can promote the healthy development of the entire industry and even the entire economy and society.Based on the investigation and study of risk management theory,this paper studies risk management in construction stage by means of literature research,in-depth interview,questionnaire survey,,combined with the characteristics of the MM construction project,and through the comparison of different methods.According to the design idea of risk identification-risk assessment-risk prevention,based on the relevant theory,the risk identification is carried out from five aspects such as unit risk,policy risk,natural hazard and project risk,by means of questionnaire survey method.Secondly,using the analytic hierarchy process to quantitative analysis of the identified risk factors,calculating the wight of relevant indicators,and then establishing the construction project construction stage risk model,through the construction of the evaluation system and model to obtain the construction phase of the risks of the MM construction project.Finally,according to the results of the evaluation,specific preventive measures are put forward according to the characteristics of the MM construction project in all aspects where risks exist.Through the research and discussion of this paper,we hope to provide an idea or method to analyze and solve problems for the risk management of MM construction project at the construction stage.Enhance their identification of risk control in the process of risk management and formulate corresponding preventive measures.it can be used as a positive reference for similar construction projects of other enterprises.
