Risk Management Research In Natural Gas Processing Plant Project On The Basis Of EPC Mode

The EPC Project Department of Kelameili gas field pressurization and cryogenic efficiency improvement project has actively carried out the project management around the concept of "doing one project,producing one quality product".The project quality,safety,schedule control,technical management and other objectives are under control,it has laid a steady foundation for the smooth production of the project.The turn over of the project is of great significance to improve the adaptability of gas field gathering and transportation process,improve the natural gas recovery and the comprehensive benefits of gas field development.At the same time,it will lay a solid foundation for the rapid increase of reserves and production of natural gas in the oilfield and guarantee the peak gas supply in winter.The quality and efficiency development of natural gas in Junggar basin is a milestone.In the overall project schedule,modular equipment manufacturing and reassembly is the main line,and also the key point of schedule control.From the beginning of construction,the EPC project department,together with the owner and the supervision unit,dispatched personnel to the modular manufacturer for supervision,timely handled technical problems,signed process data,completed three-party acceptance before leaving the factory,conducted appearance inspection after entering the site,and directly hoisted in place,which simplified the management procedure and accelerated the construction progress.In the process organization,the EPC project department and the construction project department are closely combined to dispatch professional management personnel to each professional unit,adjust the process plan at any time according to the materials and drawings,solve the main contradictions,and make each process cooperate closely and coordinate.In the process of construction,EPC project department gives full play to the advantages of the system,has long-term professional designers on site,solves technical problems in time,optimizes the technical scheme,and provides guarantee for the project progress from the source.In this paper,AHP method is used for EPC project risk management,and the results show that the contract management needs to be improved.
