With the rapid advancement of the urbanization process,the problem of classification and treatment of community domestic waste has increasingly become the focus and difficulty of urban household waste classification and management.Many cities in my country are faced with the siege of garbage,and the municipal solid waste classification and treatment directly affects the residents’ sense of happiness and gain.The source of municipal solid waste classification and management is in the community,but for a long time,the community of our country still mainly adopts the top-down management method for the classification and management of domestic waste,which has led to the low participation enthusiasm of the public and community residents,and the lack of laws The effective restraint of laws and regulations,the classification and treatment of domestic household waste in our country has been slow and superficial,and the problem of classification and treatment of community domestic waste has increasingly become a major problem in urban domestic waste management.This article adopts research methods such as literature research,interview investigation and empirical analysis,based on the principle of seeking truth from facts,in the context of green development,taking public governance theory as the cornerstone,and taking the sub-communities of Yuecheng District as an example to deeply explore the classification and treatment of household garbage in Yuecheng District.Based on the current situation of front-end,middle-end and end-end sorting and disposal,on the basis of this,through field visits,person interviews and questionnaire surveys to the subordinate communities of Yuecheng District,the dilemma and causes are further analyzed,and finally the countermeasures and measures to improve the classification and treatment of community domestic garbage It is recommended to change the government-led community household waste classification management model to the up-down linkage of community household waste classification management model;at the same time,realize the secondary recycling of garbage resources,and then promote green development.The innovation of this article is to change the current government-led community household waste classification management model,and form a community household waste classification led by the government,coordinated by the street,and implemented by the community,implemented in each community,each household,and linked up and down together.Governance model;at the same time,pay attention to the secondary recycling of garbage after the classification of community domestic garbage,rationally and effectively dispose of domestic garbage,turn waste into treasure,and promote green development.Garbage sorting is one of the priorities of the current government work and is also a focus topic of social concern.To form an effective governance model for community household waste classification,and to achieve the maximum and resource utilization of household waste,in-depth field research and investigation must be conducted to investigate the status quo,It is of great practical significance to analyze the dilemma,find the reasons,and put forward countermeasures to provide reference for the classification and treatment of community waste in China.
