Research On The Governance Of Domestic Waste Classification In Zhuyuan Community Of Chengdu City

In recent years,with the comprehensive development of the domestic economy,the urbanization construction is gradually promoted,which also makes the amount of urban domestic waste increase geometrically.Therefore,the "garbage besieged city" has become the focus of urban governance in China at this stage.The garbage produced by daily life not only erodes the land resources of the city and its surrounding areas,but also affects the "image" of the city to a certain extent.What’s more,these garbage will gradually pollute the ecological environment on which we live and destroy the stability and sustainable development of the economy and society.Therefore,the comprehensive implementation of domestic waste classification is the only way for future urban governance.It is also the inherent requirement for the implementation of the green development concept and the core element for winning the battle of environmental governance.Since the beginning of 2020,Zhuyuan community in Chengdu has carried out the pilot work of domestic waste classification treatment.At the beginning of 2021,Zhuyuan community in Chengdu has made some breakthroughs in the treatment system,but there are still a lot of problems in the process of implementation.This study focuses on the process of domestic waste classification and treatment in Zhuyuan community of Chengdu City.By consulting and sorting out the literature,the research status and treatment practice at home and abroad are further clarified;At the same time,according to the actual situation of Zhuyuan community in Chengdu,through interviews and questionnaires,the status quo,system and operation mechanism of domestic waste classification and treatment in Zhuyuan community in Chengdu were analyzed from multiple dimensions,and the problems and underlying causes of domestic waste classification and treatment in Zhuyuan community in Chengdu were deeply analyzed,Based on the experience of domestic waste classification and treatment,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The main contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,this paper summarizes the current situation of domestic waste classification in Zhuyuan community of Chengdu,taking Zhuyuan community as the research goal,and clarifies the participation status of government,relevant units,households and non-governmental organizations in the process of waste classification in Chengdu.On this basis,the paper explores the problem of waste classification and treatment in Zhuyuan community of Chengdu,with the government,market players,non-governmental organizations and households as the leading four aspects.At the same time,depending on the theory of collaborative governance,the causes of the problem of waste classification governance in Zhuyuan community of Chengdu are clarified,and the causes are also analyzed by the government,market players,households and non-governmental organizations.Taking domestic waste classification at home and abroad as a typical case,this paper introduces the advanced experience of waste classification in developed countries and developed cities in China,so as to provide some reference for waste classification in Chengdu.Finally,this paper explores the effective countermeasures of collaborative treatment of waste classification from the perspective of government,market players,non-governmental organizations and households.
