| Under the background of ecological governance and high-quality development as important strategic tasks,the Yellow River Basin,as an important energy exporter and ecological functional zone in my country,has made great achievements in economic and social development.However,there are still ecological environment damage and backward technological development.Such problems have seriously restricted the improvement of green total factor productivity in the Yellow River Basin.With the rapid development of information technology,the promotion effect of informatization on the social economy cannot be ignored.Informatization utilizes technological innovation capabilities,promotes technological progress,and promotes the improvement of green total factor productivity,which is the key driving force for the green development of the Yellow River Basin.This thesis firstly clarifies the connotation of informatization and green total factor productivity.Secondly,based on the input-output theory and economic growth-related theories,measure the green total factor productivity of cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2006 to 2019,and it is further decomposed into technical efficiency and technical progress.Finally,the fixed effect model is used to empirically analyze the impact of informatization on green total factor productivity,technical efficiency and technological progress in the Yellow River Basin from the overall level and three regional levels of the Yellow River Basin.The following conclusions are drawn: Firstly,from the perspective of the Yellow River Basin as a whole,the average annual change rate of green total factors is 1.114,the technical efficiency plays a major role in driving,and the promoting role of technological progress needs to be further improved.Secondly,from the perspective of the three regional levels of the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River,the spatial distribution of green total factor productivity is “high at both ends and low in the middle ”.The downstream area has the highest average annual change rate,followed by the upstream area,and the midstream area is at a lower level.The development of downstream regions and upstream regions mainly comes from changes in technical efficiency,and the development of midstream regions mainly depends on the promotion of technological progress.Thirdly,from the perspective of the Yellow River Basin as a whole,informatization promotes the improvement of green total factor productivity by promoting technological progress and improving technological efficiency.The degree of opening to the outside world and scientific and technological progress have a promoting effect,and the industrial structure has an obvious inhibitory effect.Finally,from the perspective of the upper,middle and lower regions of the Yellow River,informatization has a significant role in promoting green total factor productivity in upstream cities,mainly relying on the dual effects of technological progress and technological efficiency improvement.The promotion of informatization to the green total factor productivity of midstream cities depends on the improvement of technical efficiency.However,informatization has not significantly promoted the high-quality economic development of downstream prefecturelevel cities.Based on the above conclusions,this thesis explores the reasons according to the development level of different regions,and puts forward the following suggestions.strengthen information construction and promote technological progress.Adjust the industrial structure and achieve balanced regional development;Attach importance to scientific and Technological Development and improve technical efficiency.The government intervenes reasonably and optimizes opening to the outside world.Through a number of countermeasures,we hope to promote the coordinated development of green total factor productivity and informatization in the Yellow River Basin. |
