Study On The Path Of High Quality Development Of Green Logistics In The Yellow River Basin

In recent years,the rapid development of the economy of the Yellow River Basin has also brought about the problem of environmental pollution.The high-quality development of green logistics in a region has greatly contributed to the green economic development of the whole region.Therefore,this study examines the path of high-quality development of green logistics in the Yellow River Basin.This study firstly analyzes the development status and problems of green logistics in the Yellow River Basin,and measures the TFP of green logistics and its influencing factors in the region based on the panel data from 2004 to 2019.Subsequently,the decomposition of green logistics in the Yellow River Basin was carried out based on the DEA composite decomposition framework.Based on this,this study proposes two paths for the high-quality development of green logistics in the Yellow River Basin.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The added value,carbon dioxide emission,cargo turnover and energy consumption of green logistics in the Yellow River Basin show a trend of continuous increase.Meanwhile,there are some problems with the green logistics in the making.These problems are unreasonable transportation structure,unreasonable energy consumption structure,and Basinal imbalance of energy intensity and carbon intensity.(2)The mean value of green logistics total factor productivity growth rate in the Yellow River Basin during the study period is 1.008.This indicates that the average growth rate of green logistics total factor productivity in the Yellow River Basin is increasing during the study period.The mean value of technological change is 1.003,while the mean value of efficiency change is 0.997.Technological change is the driving force and source of total factor productivity growth of green logistics in the Yellow River Basin.(3)From the perspective of input substitution effect,capital and labor in Yellow River Basin have obvious crowding out effect on green logistics,while energy has substitution effect on green logistics.For the industrial structure,the tertiary industry’s development is an important propelling factor for the development of green logistics in the Yellow River Basin during the study period.The economic scale of all Basins in the Yellow River Basin is expanding,which drives the development of green logistics.(4)To promote the high-quality development path of green logistics in the Yellow River Basin,from the perspective of micro enterprises,it is necessary to cultivate leading green logistics enterprises that can drive the overall development of the basin,promote the application of advanced green logistics technology in enterprises,build a green transportation system,optimize the logistics energy structure,and promote the greening of enterprise logistics and the greening of each link of logistics.From the perspective of macro government,the government should not only create a favorable environment for the high-quality development of green logistics,but also cultivate specialized green logistics talents,develop corresponding incentives,improve the environmental legal system and strengthen the guidance for consumers.There are 11 figures,10 tables and 73 references.
