Derivative Design Of Zhuang Brocade Pattern Based On Image Style Transfer Technology

As one of the four most famous brocades in China,Zhuang brocade has carried the history and spirit of the Zhuang people since ancient times,and its unique pattern shape is of great symbolic and aesthetic value.However,under the impact of modern trends and culture,the heritage of Zhuang brocade has gradually revealed many problems,such as the single form and slow production of handicrafts,and the need to find some new breakthrough points to help its rebirth in modern society.In this context,with the development of modern communication technology,the heritage and innovation of traditional culture needs to keep pace with the times,and the alternation of new sparks between different cultures is also a popular way to enjoy it.The purpose of this paper is to study the derivative design of Zhuang brocade patterns using image style technology,and to find new ideas of combining this new artificial intelligence technology with China’s intangible cultural heritage.Firstly,we explore the exploitable contents of Zhuangjin motifs and establish a library of Zhuangjin motifs by using literature research method and field survey method to find a large number of Zhuangjin motifs,and then redesign the Zhuangjin motifs with the help of an image style migration algorithm based on convolutional neural network proposed by Gatys et al [1],and conduct experiments on them as two scenarios: content map and style map respectively.Through dozens of experiments and expert questionnaire scoring,the ancient architecture color painting style,which represents traditional culture,and the ethnic trend style,which represents modern trendy ethnic culture,were migrated to the Zhuang brocade pattern to find the most suitable effect scheme for derivative design.The visual image design of Zhuang village tourism brand is used as an example to explore the new application of Zhuang brocade pattern derivative design through environmental style Zhuang brocade pattern derivative design,VI orientation design and surrounding cultural and creative product application design.The addition of style migration algorithm makes its style simulation process significantly reduced,saving the time for subsequent derivative design and providing the possibility of its mass production.The design patterns produced by the style migration technology retain the original pattern characteristics of Zhuang brocade,which are both auspicious and ethnicity,and realize the interaction between traditional craftsmanship and art field,in which the cultural heritage is also shown,promoting Zhuang culture and providing new possibilities for the modernization of Zhuang brocade patterns.With the further development of artificial intelligence,style migration technology will become more and more mature,which will inevitably provide more convenience for art creation and open wider ideas for the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.As AI technology gets closer to life,design people who do not know computer language can use its technology and enjoy its convenience.
