The Difficulties And Opportunities Of The Unpopular Intangible Cultural Heritage Art

Intangible cultural heritage is a kind of living cultural heritage based on people.It is a traditional cultural expression form and cultural space that exists in various intangible forms and is closely related to people’s life and passed from generation to generation.As the crystallization of human wisdom and civilization,it not only records the evolution of human civilization,but also shows the diversity of traditional culture.However,with the change of times,the popularity of many intangible cultural heritage art has decreased significantly in the long inheritance,and the audience is small and the popularity is not popular.For a large number of unpopular intangible cultural heritage art,their living environment is gradually deteriorating,and many of them are facing the crisis of being lost.However,rare intangible cultural heritage also has the beauty of the minority,which should not be ignored either as a strong regional cultural heritage or as a visual culture in folk custom.Therefore,how to better protect the less popular intangible cultural heritage art and how to better grasp the development opportunities under the new environment is particularly important.This paper takes Longhui Badu chiseled paper tying technology of the popular intangible cultural heritage art as the research object,and uses literature research method,field investigation method,systematic analysis method and other methods to make an in-depth analysis on the living state and predicament of Longhui Badu chiseled paper tying technology of the local intangible cultural heritage art.From the aspects of geographical environment,value orientation,covering of popular intangible cultural heritage and multicultural impact,this paper discusses the causes of the unpopularity of Longhui Badu cut paper wrapping technology,and summarizes its unpopularity as four aspects: low popularity,low application,low attention and low interest.The existing problems of its development are analyzed from the aspects of market audience,product enablement,inheritance and education behavior,promotion and publicity.At the same time,through culture,art,education,economy and other four aspects,demonstrate its existence value and protection significance.This paper further explores the development opportunities of Longhui-Badu chisel paper tying technology in the new era,and specifically discusses how to apply the development of digital technology,the upsurge of cultural and creative design,the change of human and natural environment and other conditions,so as to integrate Badu chisel paper tying technology into the new era.At the same time,some suggestions and relevant principles and strategies are put forward,so as to achieve the comprehensive inheritance and development of Longhui-Badu chisel paper tying technology and realize the "live" inheritance.
