The petrochemical industry is a meaningful guarantee for the steady development of China’s social economy,and its products are closely related to machinery manufacturing,national defense,transportation and other fields.In the context of fierce market competition,effective management of petrochemical supply chain can help enterprises to defend risks,improve core competitiveness and provide inexhaustible power for the development of petrochemical industry.In recent years,the global spread of COVID-19 epidemic,the sharp drop in terminal demand,the downturn in international oil prices,the surging wave of plastic bans and other factors have had a significant and long-range impact on the expanding of the petrochemical industry,and the entire industry is facing an unprecedented complex business environment.In addition,affected by the changes in the global ecological environment,all walks of life have significantly accelerated the process of green and low-carbon transformation,and the realization of green supply chain management is an inevitable choice to ensure their own development and assume corporate social responsibility.Scientific and reasonable supply chain operation performance evaluation method is an available means to upswing its operation efficiency.The performance evaluation results can directly describe the actual situation of the supply chain.As the large scope and complexity of supply chain,scientific and reliable performance evaluation model is of key significance for the development of green supply chain of petrochemical enterprises.This dissertation first analyzes the existing literature results through Citspace software,and presents the relevant concepts of green supply chain,petrochemical supply chain and supply chain operation performance evaluation on the basis of sorting out the change trend of research.At the same time,it analyzes the connotation,system structure and operation performance influencing factors of green supply chain of petrochemical enterprises,and introduces the idea of balanced scorecard to divide the operation performance influencing factors into five dimensions: financial value,customer service,business process,innovation and development,and green environmental protection,laying a foundation for the selection of operation performance evaluation indicators of green supply chain of petrochemical enterprises.Secondly,taking the influencing factors as the point of departure,the specific evaluation indicators are identified according to the relevant literature.After statistics and summary,29 representative evaluation indicators are initially selected.Through the quantitative analysis of the evaluation indicator set by the Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory,23 key impact indicators are identified and the evaluation indicator system is established.In order to improve the scientificity and comprehensiveness of the weight calculation method,this dissertation combines the respective advantages of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy method,proposes a combined weight calculation method that comprehensively considers subjective and objective factors,and adopts the grey clustering method based on the center triangle whitening weight function to build the evaluation model.Finally,this paper takes Shanghai Petrochemical as an example to carry out empirical research,compares the evaluation results with the actual operation of the supply chain of Shanghai Petrochemical,and preliminarily discusses the strategies for improving the operation performance of the supply chain.
