Since the 21 st century,with the strengthening of environmental protection in various parts,strict environmental protection laws,regulations and standards have been issued successively in China.The traditional treatment method of asphalt flue gas can no longer meet the new environmental protection emission standards.Manufacturers of bituminous waterproofing materials must keep up with the requirements of environmental protection,upgrade the flue gas treatment equipment generated during the production process of bituminous waterproofing materials,in order to achieve the new environmental emission standards.However,in the construction of transformation project of flue gas treatment,the safety management of small and medium-sized asphalt base waterproof coil enterprises is not careful enough and they lack the awareness of engineering safety risk,which is easy to cause safety accidents.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the safety risk management in the reconstruction project of bitumen flue gas treatment.This paper takes the safety risk management research of bitumen flue gas treatment and renovation project of BY company as the research object,uses the existing scientific theories and research methods of safety risk management to study the safety risk management of the project,identify safety risk factors,evaluate safety risk levels,and propose safety risk management measures,which provides a reference for the transformation projects of the asphalt flue gas treatment of the asphalt-based waterproofing membrane enterprises,and also provides a reference for the similar engineering projects.Firstly,this paper introduces and analyzes the basic theoretical knowledge of engineering safety risk management;Secondly,the safety management situation of bitumen flue gas treatment and renovation project in BY company was analyzed,and the work structure decomposition method and the questionnaire investigation were used to classify and identify the safety risk factors of the asphalt flue gas treatment and renovation project of BY company.Then,the combined approach of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to analyze and evaluate the safety risk of bitumen flue gas treatment and transformation project of BY company qualitatively and quantitatively,it is concluded that the level of the safety risk evaluation of the project is medium,and the safety risk management of the project has much room for improvement.Finally,according to the weight value and evaluation score of the safety risk factors of asphalt flue gas treatment and transformation project of BY company,combined with the actual work situation,the scientific and effective safety measures to deal with risks is suggested by the author,respectively from the personnel safety risk,the equipment safety risk,the environment safety risk and the management safety risk of the asphalt gas treatment project of BY company,provide practical and effective safety guidance for the smooth development of the project,guarantee the smooth construction of the asphalt smoke treatment and transformation project,and also provide reference for the construction of similar projects of other asphalt-based waterproofing material enterprises.
