Drilling operation is a system project with high risk.If valid measures not be taken to prevent risk,it would have a marked impact on the ecological environment around the well.With the continuous development of the theoretical mathematics and computer technology,the research on environmental safety risk assessment of drilling is increasing.However,the present research on the environmental safety risk assessment of drilling mainly depends on the expert experience,and the accuracy of the risk assessment system can not be guaranteed.Therefore,how to improve the accuracy and objectivity of environmental safety risk assessment system of drilling has become an urgent problem to be solved.In view of the existing problems in the field of environmental safety risk assessment system of drilling,this thesis builds environmental safety risk assessment model of drilling based on data mining technology,and designs and implements environmental safety risk assessment system of drilling.The major research work of this model is as follows:1.In the aspect of the extraction and recognition of risk factors,this thesis adopts rough set theory based on attribute importance.According to related historical data statistics for environmental safety risk of drilling,this thesis calculates the attribute importance of each risk factors,and identifies and filters the risk factors in accordance with the corresponding rules,which reduces the dependence on the expert experience.2.In order to show the impact of drilling operations on environmental safety in numerical form to the risk manager,this thesis uses the analytic hierarchy process to establish the risk hierarchy model and constructs the risk comparison matrix to calculate the weight of all the risk factors.Meanwhile,it obtains a total risk score of drilling environmental safety by using the weighted method.3.In order to predict the probability of environmental safety risks,this thesis establishes Bayesian network structure of environmental safety risk for drilling in accordance with the risk of causality and historical data statistics for environmental safety risk of drilling,and uses the Bayesian formula to carry out the conditional probability reasoning and analysis,which can predict the probability of drilling environmental safety risk under the current conditions.Based on the environmental safety risk assessment model of drilling,this thesis has designed and implemented environmental safety risk assessment system of drilling,and has carried out functional test and performance test.The test results show that the system can run stably and achieve the basic goal of environmental safety risk assessment for drilling.Meanwhile,it improves the accuracy and objectivity of environmental safety risk assessment for drilling to a certain extent,and has great practical value in the field of risk management for drilling operation.
