Research On Food Design In The Context Of Bashu Food Culture

As a new direction in the design discipline,food design covers many dimensions,including psychology,material science,aesthetics and other disciplines.Food design is a process of reshaping culture by taking food as a medium or carrier.From the perspective of design,food design will interpret culture from the comprehensive perceptual experience of senses,scenes,services and sustainability,explore innovative life forms under the cultural context,and promote the improvement of the sense of cultural experience.Bashu culture has a long history and covers a wide range.As one of its characteristics,food culture plays an extremely important role.At present,the research on Bashu culture is mostly conducted from the perspectives of cooking,sociology and anthropology.It is worth exploring the design perspective,exploring the context clues from different dimensions,and studying the relationship between food and everything in the world.Therefore,based on Bashu food culture,this paper constructs the food design system with Bashu culture,and promotes the understanding and cognition of Bashu food culture from the perspective of design.Based on the context of Bashu food culture,combined with the research thinking of food design,this paper explores the path of food design from a systematic and overall perspective.Through the analysis of previous literature and cases,we use the literature visualization software city space to further comb and recognize Bashu culture.This paper makes an in-depth study of Bashu culture from different dimensions such as geographical space,historical context and dietary customs,gradually constructs a cultural context map belonging to Bashu area,explores a dietary culture clue hidden behind the context,and uses the research method of in-depth interview to dig out the awareness and differences of Bashu dietary culture among user groups with different backgrounds.At the same time,python,Rost and other software are used to conduct in-depth analysis on the selected relevant video bullets and comments with the representativeness of Bashu food culture,explore the semantic color,emotional tendency and opinion expression of users in different regions under Bashu food culture,and then summarize the relevant influencing factors and representative elements of Bashu food culture,Build a "table frame" of food design with the attribute of Bashu food culture and the path of food design innovation,and conduct in-depth analysis from six levels:functional path,scene path,relationship path,function transfer,cultural consumption and ecological values,so as to explore the direction of food design with the characteristics of Bashu food culture,so as to enhance the influence of Bashu culture,It also promotes users’ understanding and recognition of food design.Starting from the food closely related to human beings and taking the context as the design support,construct an innovative lifestyle,promote users’ recognition and sense of belonging to the culture hidden behind the food,and enhance the cultural confidence of Bashu area.
