Research On The Design Of Bashu Hot Pot Tableware Under Chinese Traditional Food Culture

Chinese food culture is broad and profound.Bashu hot pot is famous for its spicy and delicious flavor.At present,the material level of our people is constantly enriched,leading to the continuous upgrading of catering consumption.In addition to continuously improving the quality of dishes and the taste of hot pot,Bashu hot pot also began to pay more attention to tableware design.This paper uses Chinese food culture to study the design of Bashu hot pot tableware,which not only meets the current consumer demand for the upgrading of hot pot food consumption,but also enriches the inheritance and development of Chinese food culture.Firstly,through the research on Chinese traditional food culture,combined with the collection of Museum materials in Bashu area,especially the theme museum related to hot pot,this paper explores the evolution history,structure,material and shape of traditional hot pot from the perspective of cooking utensils,and summarizes the design idea of traditional hot pot.Secondly,by visiting hot pot restaurants in Bashu and investigating hot pot catering online,we can understand the hot pot tableware that people are using in the hot pot catering industry,summarize and analyze the classification characteristics and development trend of the existing hot pot tableware from the aspects of aesthetic elements and man-machine data,find out the existing problems of hot pot tableware,and put forward the corresponding design principles and design methods combined with the current design ideas and excellent design cases.Finally,based on the existing problems of Bashu hot pot tableware,tableware design principles and design methods,and then through the method of questionnaire survey,understand the specific needs of consumers for hot pot tableware,and carry out design practice.In the design practice,the functional requirements of hot pot tableware are refined,and the shape and color design are combined with Bashu regional culture.To achieve the significance of Bashu hot pot tableware design practice,which is conducive to the dissemination of traditional food culture and Bashu regional culture.
