Study On Competitive Strategy Of The Environmental Protection Business Of YH Ecological Environment Co.,ltd.

The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)advocated the concept of "five-in-one" development by elevating the status of ecological civilization construction.Moreover,the government committed to fully integrating eco-environment into economic,political,cultural and social development.Subsequently,the construction of ecological civilization appeared in the Party constitution and The Constitution,which was an important embodiment of the integration of the Party’s propositions and the country’s will.As a basic national policy and strategic task,environmental protection has been highly valued by the state.The environmental protection industry has ushered in a broad prospect for development,but also contains huge challenges.This paper takes the environmental protection business of YH Ecological Environment Co.,Ltd.as the research object.On the basis of collecting,sorting and learning domestic and foreign literature and relevant theories of strategic management,we focus on the urban greening construction project which is the core of job content involved in environmental protection business since the cany established.First of all,we can find the main problems after an open discussion with related personnel so as to facilitate the later targeted solutions.Then,we use the strategic analysis tools to analyze the macro,medium and micro environment and make a further evaluation on the reflection of the business under changing environments.Moreover,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats are identified to prepare for the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.After selecting and matching,the competitive strategy of YH company’s environmental protection business will ultimately be created in consideration of a final decision from cooperation,innovation,and specialization these three dimensions.In order to ensure successfully implementation of competition strategy,we decide to provide a series of security measures from the perspectives of management,human resource,financial control.As a general means to protect and improve the environment,urban greening plays an important role in the construction of ecological civilization.With the rapid development of national economy and urbanization process,the current business situation of the company cannot support further participation in the market competition in the new era.Therefore,in order to seize the external opportunities and meet the challenges preferably so as to truly realize the strategic transformation and growth of the business,the research of this paper is of far-reaching significance.In addition,we hope the research achievements of this paper can provide some suggestions to other similar enterprises.Consequently,the urban greening construction team and regional economy will grow stronger.In the meanwhile,everyone gets together to improve human living environment,repair the ecological environment,and promote harmony between man and nature.
