| In recent years,green development,as an important part of the new development concept,has guided the high-quality development of China’s economy and society.The new development concept has a profound impact on the market environment of environmental protection business and gradually attracts more and more companies to enter the environmental protection industry.As the leading enterprise in the energy conservation and environmental protection industry in Guangdong Province,Huizhou WLY Company occupied the market by taking advantage of first-mover advantage in the early stage.However,with the market saturation and fierce competition,the company’s performance growth is slow,the market pressure is increasing,and its environmental protection business development has also entered a bottleneck period.In order to break the shackles of development,it is necessary to deeply analyze the internal and external environment of the company at the present stage,optimize the company’s environmental protection business competition strategy,seize the core competition height of the industry,and enhance the company’s competitive ability.Based on this,this paper discusses the competitive strategy of environmental protection industry through a variety of analytical methods,and selects suitable competitive strategy for the specific situation of WLY company,and then puts forward specific implementation and safeguard measures.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of environmental protection business competitive strategy,and expounds the relevant concepts and theories used in this paper,as the theoretical basis for the study of environmental protection business competitive strategy of WLY Company in Huizhou.On the one hand,this paper uses PEST analysis and Porter’s Five Forces Model to analyze the external environment of environmental protection business of Wly Company in Huizhou,covering the analysis of macro environment,industry status quo and competitive trend,and internal competitive structure of the industry.On the other hand,this paper also uses the value chain theory to carefully sort out the internal conditions of the company’s environmental protection business by combining the company’s annual report,internal data and government public information.After analyzing the internal and external environmental factors and resource conditions of Huizhou Wly Company in detail,this paper finally determines the differentiation strategy as the competitive strategy of Huizhou Wly Company based on the SWOT analysis,the company’s positioning and objectives,and the feasibility analysis of the three basic competitive strategies.From three aspects of brand differentiation,product differentiation and service differentiation,specific strategy implementation measures are put forward,and corresponding implementation safeguard measures are put forward.Although Huizhou WLY Company is small in scale at present,it will play an important role in the competition by taking the "innovation" as the guide,taking advantage of government resources and policies,and using unique differentiation strategy,which will help Huizhou WLY Company to become the forefront of environmental protection enterprises. |
