Urbanization is the product of industrial revolution,and its emergence marks the arrival of social transformation process.In 2014,The State Council for the first time mentioned the path of new-type urbanization with Chinese characteristics in the National New-Type Urbanization Plan(2014-2020).Since then,the word "new-type urbanization" has come into view of us.With the new era,the deepening of the socialist modernization under the new period,the new urbanization rate and the ecological environment protection work is in the accelerated development stage,however,due to the unreasonable unscientific has,as a result of construction activities in the process of urbanization in developed countries in stages of ecological imbalance,such problems as shortage of resources,gradually appeared in our country and is yet to be resolved.At this time,how to change the development mode,optimize the development pattern,and then promote the implementation of ecological priority development strategy of new urbanization construction,gradually become the focus.In Jiangxi province as a national experimental area ecological civilization first demonstration area,ecological civilization as well as the national experimental area inland open economy "title" central provinces,such as how to achieve the province’s new high-quality development of urbanization and ecological environment,thus promote the coupling coordination relations to a higher level,is one of the main goals of the current stage of social development.In Jiangxi province and has 11 cities as the research object,from the perspective of population,economy,society and space,the selection of specific indicators of evaluation of construction level of urbanization,and based on PSR model,namely the state(P),pressure(S)and response(R),and selection of specific indicators of evaluation of ecological environment development status,The coupling coordination evaluation index system of new urbanization and ecological environment in Jiangxi province was constructed,and the coupling coordination relationship between new urbanization and ecological environment in Jiangxi province and prefecture-level cities from 2010 to 2019 was evaluated and analyzed.At the same time,combined with system dynamics theory and method of constructing the new urbanization and ecological environment of Jiangxi province coupled system dynamics simulation model,the analysis of new type of urbanization and ecological environment in Jiangxi province in 2020-2029 coupling coordination evolution trend,thus for the province ecological civilization first experimental zone construction demonstration area and Jiangxi inland open economy,Provide corresponding policy suggestions.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)During the research period,the construction level of new urbanization in Jiangxi province shows a trend of sustained growth,and the quality of urbanization is constantly improved.The rapid development of population urbanization and social urbanization is the core driving force for the steady rise of the comprehensive development level of new urbanization in Jiangxi Province.During the same period,the development level of ecological environment in Jiangxi province showed a downward trend in 2011,2013 and2016 respectively,indicating that the intensification of urban production and construction activities is bound to stimulate the negative feedback effect of ecological environment,and then reverse the good development state of ecological environment.In addition,the development situation of new urbanization and ecological environment in different cities is also very different,showing significant differences,which is embodied in Nanchang,Ganzhou and Jiujiang,represented by high-level urban construction,and the other eight cities with lagging urban development.(2)According to the calculation results of the model,the coupling development level of new urbanization and ecological environment in Jiangxi province reached a high level in the end of the study period,and the coupling coordination characteristics were also highly coordinated in the end of the study period,indicating that Jiangxi province has entered a period of mutual promotion and collaborative development.In contrast,over half of the cities have strong benign coupling and are at a high level of coordination and coupling,while the coordination degree of Xinyu and other four cities is on the contrary,indicating that the new urbanization subsystem and the ecological environment subsystem are in a dynamic balance process of interaction,mutual influence and mutual restriction.(3)According to the simulation results show that the system dynamics model in the ten years after the study period,the new development trend of urbanization and ecological environment system in Jiangxi province are showed good development characteristics,high level of the development of the social urbanization and urban rapid development of urbanization in the space of power,at the same time,effectively alleviate environmental pressure,the "turning from crisis to safety" of environmental state and the increasingly perfect environmental response mechanism have become the main factors affecting the high-quality development of ecological environment in the future.(4)According to the simulation results of the coupling and coordination evolution trend of the new urbanization and ecological environment system in Jiangxi Province,the coupling of the two is always at a very high level in the future,and the coupling and coordination category of the new urbanization and ecological environment system will also change from a low degree of coordination in the transitional development stage to a high degree of coordination in the coordinated development stage.The characteristics of coupling coordination also changed from low coordination synchronous type to high coordination synchronous type in the stage of transformation development.It shows that the province has achieved remarkable results in strengthening the radiation effect of central cities,maintaining resource advantages,developing green economy and upgrading industrial structure by means of scientific and technological innovation,and the two will continue to maintain a high level of coupling and coordinated development in the future. |
