Study On Coupling Evaluation And Countermeasures Of New Urbanization And Ecological Environment In Anhui Province

According to Northam’s theory of the urban stage,China is currently in the late stage of urbanization,which has resulted in many ecological environmental problems,and has greatly constrained the sustainable development of urbanization,as one of the first comprehensive experimental areas of new urbanization in China,Anhui Province is in the stage of accelerated urbanization at present,the ecological contradiction becomes more and more serious,and the optimization and rearrangement of industrial structure need to be solved urgently.In view of this,an effective and feasible identification and control system is urgently needed to improve the situation,in order to promote the coupling coordination development of urban development and ecological environment.Based on the relationship between new urbanization and eco-environment in Anhui Province,this paper sorts out the interaction mechanism between urbanization and eco-environment,and builds the coupling model by determining the evaluation index,to quantitatively measure the coordinated development level of urbanization and eco-environment in 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province,and to study and master their operational rules,development process and space-time differences,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the coupling development of new urbanization and eco-environment in 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province,and puts forward some targeted,reasonable and effective regulation suggestions,it provides a practical reference for coordinating the development of urbanization and eco-environment in Anhui Province,central provinces and even the whole country.The results show that the overall development level of new urbanization in Anhui Province from 2009 to 2018 is in a fluctuating upward trend with a small drop in some parts,and the regional differences are obvious,especially in Hefei,where the development of urbanization is in the leading position.The comprehensive development level of eco-environment is unstable,and the reasons are complex.The coupling degree of new urbanization and eco-environment is on the high side as a whole,but it shows a fluctuating downward trend and it is in an antagonistic development stage.The coupling coordination degree is on a steady upward trend,and is on the verge of maladjustment and reluctant coordination,and the regional differences are obvious with development pattern of ’high in south and low in north’.Based on the above conclusions and the problems existing in the coupling coordination development of new urbanization and eco-environment in Anhui Province,this paper proposes to promote the development of urbanization in an all-round way,improve the quality of eco-environment,optimize the two systems coupling coordination development,narrow the regional development differences.In order to achieve the coordinated development of new urbanization and eco-environment in Anhui Province.Figure[23]Table[19]Reference[98]...
