Spatio-temporal Analysis Of Coupling And Coordination Of Urbanization And Ecological Environment In Huaihai Economic Zone

The development of urbanization is a humanistic phenomenon,and the improvement of the ecological environment is a process of natural development.The process of interaction between the two involves humanities and natural sciences.The study of the coupling and coordinated development of the two will further integrate the humanities and natural sciences,which can not only promote the cross-development of the two,but also further promote the research on the relationship between man and nature.As an important strategic development zone in my country,Huaihai Economic Zone has highly similar physical and geographical features and good traffic conditions.The internal humanities and geographical features are similar as a whole,and there are certain similarities in economic development and cultural features.Based on this,it is of great significance to explore the coupling and coordination relationship between urbanization and ecological environment in Huaihai Economic Zone to promote its regional rise.This paper mainly studies the spatio-temporal analysis of the coupling and coordination of urbanization and ecological environment in Huaihai Economic Zone.First select indicators to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system;use the comprehensive level evaluation model to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the urbanization and ecological environment levels of the Huaihai Economic Zone in2008,2013 and 2018 from the perspective of overall and subsystems;use coupling The degree of coupling and coordination degree model calculates the degree of coupling and coordination within the Huaihai Economic Zone from the perspective of the overall and sub-regions(Northern Jiangsu,Southern Shandong,Northern Anhui,Eastern Henan),and analyzes it;combined with the GWR model to influence the urbanization of each city in the Huaihai Economic Zone The influencing factors of the coordinated development with the ecological environment are studied;finally,the regional difference strategy is proposed for the coordinated development of the urbanization and the ecological environment of the Huaihai Economic Zone.The following conclusions were drawn through research,2008-2018:(1)From the perspective of development level,the comprehensive evaluation index of urbanization and ecological environment of each city in the Huaihai Economic Zone is showing an upward trend,but the development of subsystems is uneven.The comprehensive evaluation index of urbanization in northern Jiangsu and southern Shandong has greater advantages than that of northern Anhui and eastern Henan,and the comprehensive evaluation index of ecological environment in southern Shandong and northern Anhui has greater advantages than northern Jiangsu and eastern Henan;(2)From the perspective of coupling and coordination,the urbanization and ecological environment of the Huaihai Economic Zone and the degree of coupling between the two show that 10 cities are in a period of antagonism between urbanization and ecological environment development,and the degree of coupling and coordination shows that all 10 cities are on the verge of imbalance The development category and the barely coordinated development category have significant regional differences,showing a trend of "high in the east and low in the west,high in the north and low in the south";(3)From the perspective of influencing factors,the importance of the main influencing factors of the coordinated development of urbanization and ecological environment in the Huaihai Economic Zone presents the characteristics of economic level>industrial structure>ecological response>ecological status quo,and the regression coefficients of each index are in space There is a certain difference in the above;(4)From the perspective of optimization strategies,it is proposed to accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure,transform the traditional urban development model,promote clean and efficient use of energy,strengthen government macro-control,strengthen environmental supervision and governance in the Huaihai Economic Zone as a whole for the Huaihai Economic Zone as a whole.It is proposed that northern Jiangsu should focus on building "one core and one point" to create a high-quality livable city;southern Shandong should focus on regional differences between east and west and build a "Southern Shandong development axis";northern Anhui should adhere to industrial transformation and upgrading and promote high-quality urbanization development;Yudong should vigorously develop modern industry and accelerate its integration into Huaihai Economic Zone.There are 20 pictures,20 tables and 76 references in this article.
