As of the end of 2019,the urbanization rate of Jiangxi Province has reached57.4%,but due to the one-sided pursuit of urbanization in the past,ecological problems such as soil erosion and air pollution have gradually appeared.As one of my country’s important ecological civilization experiment areas,how to coordinate the development of economy,ecology,and urban-rural development in Jiangxi Province is a key issue that needs to be faced in the process of urbanization in Jiangxi Province at this stage.This paper establishes the coupling coordination model,the Tobit model and the SBM model,and calculates the Malmquist index to measure the development of ecological urbanization in Jiangxi Province.First,construct an evaluation index system for the development of ecological urbanization in Jiangxi Province,and calculate the Malmquist index for analysis.Secondly,considering the undesired output in the process of ecological urbanization in Jiangxi Province,the undesired output SBM model is used to analyze the development efficiency of ecological urbanization in Jiangxi Province and 11 prefecture-level cities.Then use the coupling coordination model to study the status quo of the development of ecological urbanization in Jiangxi Province.Finally,the Tobit model is used to analyze the influencing factors of the coupled and coordinated development of Jiangxi Province.The research results of this paper show that:(1)The calculation and analysis of the Malmquist index in Jiangxi Province show that the overall ecological development efficiency of Jiangxi Province is good,and the overall total factor productivity index of Jiangxi Province is 0.993.For example,in the index of technical efficiency change index,the technical efficiency change index of Nanchang City,Jingdezhen City,Pingxiang City,Jiujiang City,Xinyu City,Yingtan City,Fuzhou City,and Shangrao City is greater than or equal to 1.The technical efficiency change index of Ganzhou City and Yichun City is less than 1.(2)According to the undesired output SBM model,by using the Matlab software to use the undesired output SBM model,it can be known that during the period 2008-2018,the ecological development efficiency of Jiangxi Province was 1.075,which was at a high level.Among the 11 prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi,Yingtan City has the highest ecological development efficiency,with an average value of 2.386.Among them,Jiujiang City,Ganzhou City,and Yichun City are in the third echelon,with an average ecological development efficiency below 0.8.(3)Based on the results of the coupling coordination model,it can be seen that the coupling coordination level of Jiangxi Province and 11 prefecture-level cities is slowly upgrading from 2008 to 2018.In 2008,the coupling coordination level of Nanchang City and Xinyu City was still intermediate,and in 2018,The degree of coupling coordination between Nanchang City and Xinyu City has been upgraded to high-quality coordination.(4)According to the Tobit model,the ecological development coefficient is negative,indicating that there is a negative correlation between urbanization and ecology in Jiangxi Province.It shows that while increasing the intensity of environmental governance,Jiangxi Province should also pay attention to improving the efficiency of environmental governance. |
