Research On The Development Strategy Of NX Coal Company

During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,the state emphasized that coal should be used cleanly and efficiently,and actively supported the research and development and application of new materials.The development strategy formulated by the state is a great challenge to the current development of the coal industry.Mainly reflected in:energy restructuring,coal overcapacity;The professional technology of coal chemical products is backward.There are problems in the industry system.The coal industry is of great significance to the perfect conclusion of the 12 th Five-Year Plan and the launch of the 13 th Five-Year Plan,and shoulders a major mission.The whole industry has entered a new period of overcapacity and transformation and development,requiring in-depth research.NX Coal Group is facing many difficulties and challenges under a series of policy backgrounds such as capacity removal,inventory removal and environmental protection.It has become the most urgent task to formulate appropriate development strategies.In this paper,PEST(political,economic,social and technological)analysis is used to analyze the macro environmental factors.Porter's five-force model integrates many differentiated elements into a relatively simple model to study the basic competitive trend in the field.The evaluation methods involved in this paper are: Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix(QSPM).This is an applicable method and its main function is to replace the strategic plan.Through SWOT situation analysis,enterprises can systematically analyze the internal and external environment they face and accurately formulate their own development strategies.Through in-depth analysis and research on the internal and external environment of NX Coal Industry Group,we can fully grasp the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises under the current environment.Learn from each other's strong points and make timely adjustments to those parts that don't conform to the company's long-term development plan,so as to formulate strategy suitable for the company's development and ensure the enforceability and effectiveness of the strategy.
