Study On Follow-up Management And Protection Of Rural Toilet Improvement In W County,Shandong Province

The sanitation of rural toilets is closely related to the overall environment and the health of villagers.In recent years,China has fully implemented the "toilet revolution" in rural areas.The purpose is to improve the health level of life and the quality of living environment in rural areas through the construction of sanitary toilets."Construction" is the cornerstone of the rural toilet revolution,and "management" is the key.With the continuous deepening of the rural toilet renovation,some areas have the problem that the rural toilet renovation is "built fast,broken fast,and built but not managed",which seriously hinders the full play of the comprehensive effects of the rural "toilet revolution",so it is necessary to carry out follow-up management and protection research.By investigating the actual situation and analyzing the problems in the follow-up management and protection of rural latrines,we can further study the follow-up management and protection mode of rural latrines,so as to provide reference for optimizing the follow-up management and protection of rural latrines.By means of questionnaire,on-the-spot interview,literature and other methods,through consulting the documents issued by the government,studying relevant papers and books,this paper discusses and studies the follow-up management and protection of rural toilets from the perspective of government management,and obtains a large amount of data,which lays a solid foundation for further investigation.Through the on-the-spot investigation on the follow-up management and protection of the rural latrines in W County,we had an in-depth understanding of the current situation in W County,and had an in-depth exchange with the relevant responsible persons directly involved in the latrine improvement,and conducted a profound analysis and Research on the current situation,problems and government behavior of the follow-up management and protection of the rural latrines.The study found that the following problems existed in rural areas of w county: The market participation was not deep,the cost of latrines was increased,the facilities of latrines were not perfect,and the utilization rate of feces was low.It should be a good thing for the country and the people to improve the latrines,but because of the following problems,such as the unsound management mechanism,the lack of propaganda and guidance,the lack of financial subsidy funds,and the incomplete treatment of fecal pollution,etc.,the farmers who have changed the latrines are not comfortable in using them,thus giving up the use of Aqua privies.Improving rural living conditions is crucial to building a well-off society in an all-round way.The "toilet revolution" is a major step in the construction of a beautiful countryside.On the basis of the current research,this paper puts forward improvement measures from the aspects of government behavior,management and protection services,guarantee funds and so on.We will strengthen the follow-up management and protection of the toilets,put an end to the troubles of the people caused by the toilets,promote the "toilet revolution" through multiple channels,and further improve people’s livelihood.
