| The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts the improvement of urban and rural living environment and the improvement of people’s living quality in an important position.The improvement of rural living environment is related to the improvement of rural residents’ living standards and happiness.It is an important subject of the construction of beautiful countryside and an important component of ecological livable,which is an important content of the rural revitalization strategy.The problem of rural toilets is an important factor restricting the improvement of rural living environment,the construction of beautiful countryside and rural revitalization.In order to further improve the living environment,enhance the quality of people’s healthy life,accelerate the construction of "Beautiful Inner Mongolia" and "civilized Inner Mongolia",steadily promote the construction and management of toilets in the rural and pastoral areas of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and comprehensively improve and enhance the quality and management level of toilet sanitation,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region earnestly implements the national decision and arrangement on the implementation of rural toilet renovation project.Rural toilet renovation projects will be highly valued.In this thesis,S Town,Fengzhen City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,from the town of 12 administrative villages,in-depth grassroots,through the internal information,visit and research to understand the basic situation of rural toilet reconstruction in the town;Then make a questionnaire and outline the interview according to the interview.Then,by analyzing the questionnaire and summarizing the interview records,we find some specific problems existing in the process of promoting the rural toilet reconstruction in the town.Finally,through in-depth research and analysis,explore the causes of the problems,and then put forward some personal suggestions. |
