Research On The Influencing Factors Of Green Transformation Of Manufacturing Enterprise

As our country’s economic development in recent years has adopted the development model of "pollution first,treatment later",environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.Manufacturing enterprises are the main source of carbon emissions,and their green transformation is considered an important way to solve current environmental problems and achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.This paper comprehensively uses grounded analysis and fuzzy-sets qualitative comparative analysis to explore the influencing factors in the process of green transformation of manufacturing enterprises,and summarizes and analyzes five key influencing factor.And according to the stage characteristics found in the process of grounded analysis,the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method is used to further explore the relationship between the influencing factors in different stages of green transformation of manufacturing enterprises.The results show that there are four key influencing factors in different stages of green transformation of manufacturing enterprises.combination.The research found the following points: First,five key factors influencing the green transformation of manufacturing enterprises were summarized through grounded analysis,namely transformation willingness,resource capacity,innovation ability,market demand and government behavior;second,it was found that the impact of green transformation of enterprises was The factors present a combination of characteristics,and the process of promoting the green transformation of enterprises is the result of the joint action of multiple influencing factors.In the process of enterprise transformation,while focusing on innovation capabilities,it is still necessary to pay attention to the reasonable combination of resource capabilities,transformation willingness and external environmental factors;It is to summarize the core factors in different stages of the green transformation process of enterprises.The core factors in the initial stage are government behavior.In the transition stage,the core factors include resource capacity,innovation capability and market demand.In the indepth stage,the core factors include transformation willingness,resource ability and innovation ability.On the one hand,this paper enriches the relevant research on the influencing factors of green transformation of manufacturing enterprises,and on the other hand,it can also provide theoretical reference for the path selection of manufacturing enterprises in different stages of green transformation.
