Objective:In today’s economic and technological development,the physique of Chinese adolescents continues to decline,the obesity rate is rising year by year,and the cardiopulmonary function can not be effectively improved.Many problems have caused widespread concern in the society.Rope skipping is a popular sport,and it is not restricted by venues and equipment.It allows exercisers to get active and effective exercise throughout the body.At the same time,it can relieve stress and relieve negative emotions.The physical and psychological benefits are obvious.This article uses rope skipping to study the characteristics and laws of heart rate and energy consumption changes under different genders and frequencies,and explores the correlation between the heart rate and energy consumption of junior high school students and the rope skipping frequency in the rope skipping exercise mode.It provides a reference basis for the formulation,monitoring and evaluation of youth exercise programs,allowing young people to better monitor and evaluate their own exercise intensity during exercise,and at the same time provide scientific reference and guidance for the definition of exercise intensity for physical exercise and physical education.Method:Select 100 junior high school students(50 males and 50 females)as the test subjects.All subjects undergo adaptive training with different rope skipping frequencies.After the subjects can accurately follow the beat and skillfully skip rope,use real-time Polar heart rate.The team bag and the three-dimensional Acti Graph activity detector test and record the subjects’heart rate and energy consumption level at four rope skipping frequencies(90 times/minute,110 times/minute,130times/minute,150 times/minute),each test The duration is 90 seconds.After one rope skipping frequency test is over,the next rope skipping frequency test will be performed at intervals of more than 24 hours.The independent samples T test was used to analyze the differences between different genders at the same frequency,the one-way variance analysis was used to analyze the differences between different frequencies,and the Pearson bivariate analysis was used to analyze the correlation between rope skipping frequency and heart rate value and energy consumption level.Results:(1)The resting heart rate,maximum heart rate,stable heart rate,and average heart rate of girls in junior high school were significantly higher than those of boys in each rope skipping frequency.The total energy expenditure of boys in junior high school is significantly higher than that of girls in all skipping frequencies.There are statistics in the heart rate and energy expenditure data of junior high school students in the 90 skips/minute group and 110 skips/minute group,the 110skips/minute group and the 130 skips/minute group,the 130 skips/minute group and the 150 skips/minute group.difference.(2)The Pearson correlation coefficients of rope skipping frequency and heart rate of boys and girls were 0.866 and 0.864respectively(P<0.01).The Pearson correlation coefficients of rope skipping frequency and energy expenditure for boys and girls were 0.953 and 0.955,respectively(P<0.01).The Pearson correlation coefficients of heart rate and energy expenditure for boys at the 4 rope skipping frequencies were 0.905,0.946,0.941,and0.947,respectively,and the correlation was significant(P<0.01).The Pearson correlation coefficients of heart rate and energy expenditure for girls at the 4 rope skipping frequencies were 0.964,0.908,0.944,and 0.949,respectively,and the correlation was significant(P<0.01).(3)Taking rope skipping frequency as independent variables,heart rate and energy consumption value as dependent variables,4 regression equations were initially established,male:Y1=0.329X+124.567,Y2=0.123X-5.503;female:Y1=0.302X+130.722,Y2=0.116X-5.352(Note:X=skipping frequency(times/min),Y1=heart rate(times/min),Y2=energy consumption(kcal/min)).The correlation regression coefficients of frequency,heart rate and energy expenditure of male and female subjects were all significant(P<0.01).(4)The regression equation test shows that the male frequency-heart rate F=595.090(P<0.01),the female F=580.440(P<0.01);the male frequency-energy expenditure F=1946.112(P<0.01),the female F=2045.154(P<0.01);There is a linear relationship between the heart rate,energy consumption and rope skipping frequency of male and female students.The regression equations initially established have obvious regression effects,and the linear regression equations are all significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)With the increase of rope skipping frequency,the heart rate value and energy consumption value are also increasing,but with the extension of exercise time,the heart rate rises more and more slowly,and it will reach a stable stage after a certain period of time.(2)There are significant differences in heart rate and energy consumption levels between different sexes.The exercise intensity performance of girls is significantly higher than that of boys.For junior high school students,when the rope skipping frequency is 90,110 times/min,it is a moderate-intensity exercise,when the rope skipping frequency is 150 times/min,it is a high-intensity exercise;boys skipping a rope frequency of 130 times/min is a medium-intensity exercise,While the girls do high-intensity exercise when the skipping frequency is 130 times/min.And boys consume more energy per unit time than girls.The total energy consumption levels of junior high school boys at 90,110,130,150 skipping frequencies per minute were 5.69kcal/min,7.95kcal/min,10.27kcal/min,and 13.12kcal/min;junior high school girls were at 90,110,Under the skipping frequency of 130 and 150 times/min,the total energy consumption levels were 5.21kcal/min,7.48kcal/min,9.37kcal/min,12.33kcal/min,respectively.(3)Rope skipping frequency is highly positively correlated with heart rate and energy consumption,and the rope skipping frequency-heart rate regression equation is initially established as follows:male:Y1=0.329X+124.567;female:Y1=0.302X+130.722.The initial establishment of the rope skipping frequency-energy consumption regression equation is:male:Y2=0.123X-5.503;female:Y2=0.116X-5.352(Note:X=rope skipping frequency(times/minute),Y1=heart rate(times/minute),Y2=energy consumption(kcal/min)).
