At the beginning of the construction of healthy China,the problem of declining physical health of adolescents in China has been deeply implemented by General Secretary Xi Jinping on strengthening school physical education and school physical education in the "Healthy China 2030" plan.It is necessary to strengthen the progress of school physical education so as to provide a good source for improving the physical health of adolescents.Figure rope skipping has the advantages of strong body and fitness.It breaks the traditional boring pattern of rope skipping and is popular among teenagers with a new and unique appearance in schools all over the country.There are many kinds of rope skipping methods with various contents.Therefore,this paper intends to use the previous research results for reference,and through experiments to find out which method of rope skipping has more significant impact on the physical health of pupils aged 8-9 years old.On the one hand,to enhance the physical health of primary school students to provide theoretical theory,so that figure rope skipping can better serve the theoretical basis of school sports.On the other hand,it provides a reference for teaching practice in the future.By using the methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper chooses three natural classes of the third grade of Meiyuan Primary School in Hanshi City as the subjects for the experiment,and makes statistical analysis of the relevant data measured before and after the experiment.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The effect of different rope skipping methods on strengthening the calf muscle strength of pupils at 1.12 weeks is very significant.The cross-sectional area of calf muscles of pupils aged 8-9 years was increased by wheel pattern than by individual pattern.Because the pupils aged 8-9 are in a sensitive period of physical development,and their height and weight are mainly natural growth in a short time,the influence of 12-week pattern rope skipping on the height and weight of pupils aged 8-9 is not significant,but to a certain extent,the weight of pupils aged 8-9 can be controlled and good body shape can be formed.2.After the experiment,the vital capacity of the students in the individual pattern group,wheel pattern group and control group all increased,the individual pattern group increased 58ml: the wheel pattern group increased 510 ml;the control group increased 264 ml.The pupils' vital capacity scores in the two experimental groups were significantly higher than those in the control group.It was proved that the 12-week pattern rope skipping with different jumping methods played a significant role in improving pupils' vital capacity scores at the ageof 8-9.The individual pattern had a more significant effect on enhancing pupils' cardiopulmonary function and aerobic endurance than the wheel pattern.3.8-9 Pupils can effectively develop their body coordination ability and lower extremity explosive power by practicing different skipping methods in the sensitive period of natural growth,but the effect of developing pupils' waist and abdomen strength,speed quality and flexibility quality is not obvious.From the increase range of students' achievements after the experiment,it can be seen that the effect of practicing individual pattern on improving pupils' physical coordination ability and lower limb explosive force is more advantageous than that of practicing wheel pattern.
