Objective:To understand the cardiovascular function status of college students before and after 12 weeks of high-intensity interval training(HIIT)intervention, analyze the changes of various indicators before and after training, and understand the effect of HIIT on the cardiovascular function of college students.Provide a reference for improving the cardiovascular function status and health promotion of college students.Methods:80 college students(40 males and 40 females)from Inner Mongolia Normal University were selected. The subjects completed a12-week HIIT training program, using blood pressure monitors, spirometers,Omega Wave 3.0 physiological function testing system, and Cortex Meta Max3B cardiopulmonary. The function tester tests the rest heart rate, blood pressure, vital capacity,VO2max,maximum heart rate and HRV before and after the training intervention, and analyzes the changes of various indicators before and after training. The SPSS25.0software was used for statistical analysis, and the paired sample t test was used, and the significance level was set as P<0.05;the chi-square test was performed on the time domain index of heart rate variability(HRV)and the distribution of the number of people in the normal range of heart function index.Results:(1)After HIIT intervention, the resting heart rate(beats/min)of boys and girls was significantly lower than before training(P<0.01).Among the blood pressure(mm Hg)indicators, the diastolic blood pressure of boys was significantly lower(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the changes of male and female systolic blood pressure and female diastolic blood pressure(P>0.05).(2)After HIIT intervention, male and female vital capacity(ml)were significantly higher than before training(P<0.01).(3)After HIIT intervention, the distribution of the normal range of Avag and Asym was significantly higher than that before training(P<0.05),and the distribution of the normal range of TI number of female students was significantly higher than that before training(P<0.05).SDNN(ms),RMSSD(ms),SDSD(ms)and PNN50(%)time domain indicators and TP(ms),HF(ms),LF(ms),VLF(ms),LF/HF(%),There was no significant difference in the changes of HRV-related indicators such as LF norm and HF norm frequency domain indicators(P>0.05).(4)After HIIT intervention,VO2max(ml/min),VO2max(ml/min/kg),minute ventilation(L/min),maximum oxygen uptake load(W)and other aerobic work ability indicators are compared with those before training Both were significantly improved(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the change of maximum heart rate(beats/min)(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)High-intensity intermittent training can improve college students'ventilator function, enhance cardiopulmonary function, and improve their aerobic working ability.(2)high-intensity interval training enhances college students'heart rate reserve and has positive effect on cardiac function;the sympathetic-vagus nerve balance shows vagal trend, effectively improving the autonomic regulation function.(3)high-intensity interval training can improve the heart function of college students and improve the overall level of heart function adjustment ability.(4)High-intensity intermittent training can improve the cardiovascular function of college students.
