Research On Evaluation Of High-Quality Development Of Chinese Urban Agglomeration

Urban agglomeration is an important mode of urban and regional development in China,and it is an open organic system in dynamic development.With the rapid development of urbanization in China and the government's policy support,the number of urban agglomerations in China is increasing,but the quality of urban agglomeration development is uneven,and there are many cities but not strong,excessive accumulation of core city resources,environmental pollution,etc.The problem of urban agglomeration development.At present,the concept and connotation of high-quality development of urban agglomerations have not yet been unified.Most studies on the high-quality development of urban agglomerations in China are qualitative research,there is insufficient data support,and the evaluation conclusions are inaccurate.Based on defining the connotation of high-quality development of urban agglomerations,this paper establishes a high-quality development index system,quantitatively evaluates the development status of urban agglomerations,points out the development deficiencies and improvement directions,and provides some references for guiding the high-quality development of urban agglomerations.This article summarizes the high-quality development of urban agglomerations as follows: core development of urban agglomerations that makes core cities attractive to talents and industries and generate clusters,and at the same time can achieve resource spillovers and positive radiation effects of core cities through developed transportation and information networks The development model of urban agglomerations has been continuously improved and promoted.According to the concept and essence of the highquality development of urban agglomerations,this paper constructs a high-quality development index system of 41 urban agglomerations in China,including economic vitality,innovative ability,livable construction,and coordinated communication.It is calculated by entropy weight TOPSIS method.Comprehensive scores of high-quality development levels and scores of various subsystems in China's urban agglomerations in 2010,2015 and 2017.Analyze the situation and changes of high-quality development of China's urban agglomerations in different periods from the total scores and subsystem scores of various urban agglomerations and their ranking changes.By using K-means clustering,the urban agglomerations are divided into three categories: excellent,catch-up and backward,and the score gaps of these three types of urban agglomeration subsystems are studied.Through the multiple response analysis,the significant characteristics of the three types of urban agglomerations were obtained.The portraits of the development status of different types of urban agglomerations were sorted out,and specific suggestions were made for the advantages and disadvantages of different types of urban agglomerations.The research results show that: first,the level of high-quality development in China's urban agglomerations is low and the gap is large;Second,China's urban agglomerations have significant types of differences.In the development of urban agglomerations,attention should be paid to complement each other.Third,the strength of economic linkages plays an important role in measuring the high-quality development level of urban agglomerations.Fourth,there are many factors that affects the high-quality development of urban agglomerations,we must pay attention to multiple measures.Based on the above conclusions,this article proposes a deep understanding of the connotation of high-quality development of urban agglomerations,giving full play to the role of core agglomeration mechanisms of urban agglomerations,combining the stage and advantages and disadvantages of its own development,improving the livability of urban agglomeration development,and establishing coordinated development of urban agglomerations.Mechanism,etc.
