Abstract/Summary:
Most resource-exhausted cities are born because of resources,and then enter the later stage of development due to large-scale exploitation of resources.This is also the inevitable stage of resource-based city development under the action of life cycle.In the process of national industrialization,resource-exhausted cities play an important role in providing energy and raw materials for industrial development.However,due to the over-exploitation of resources,these cities fall into the trap of "resource curse" and have a series of social problems.Under the current background of high-quality development,resource-exhausted cities need to change their original development ideas and seek green development,so as to solve various problems and find new impetus for urban development.Through theoretical analysis,the theoretical framework of green development of resourceexhausted cities is constructed.The basic theory of green development of resource-exhausted cities is expounded by using comparative advantage trap theory,sustainable development theory and life cycle theory.The resource curse theory is used to construct the constraint mechanism of green development of resource-exhausted cities.By analyzing the relationship between supply and demand of resource-exhausted cities,the dynamic mechanism of resourceexhausted cities is constructed.Based on the four elements of policy,market,cognition and finance,an innovative mechanism for green development of resource-exhausted cities is constructed.On this basis,the analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and entropy weight method are compared,and the entropy weight method is used to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of green development of resourceexhausted cities.Taking Jiaozuo city of Henan Province as an example,the comprehensive evaluation of green development of Jiaozuo city is carried out.There are 13 drawings,22 tables and 56 references.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The essence of green development of resource-exhausted cities is urban transformation under the concept of green development and high-quality development.Its development objectives are mainly reflected in: optimization and upgrading of industrial structure of resource-exhausted cities,coordination and balance of urban economic development and resources and environment,and improvement of green development efficiency of resourceexhausted cities.(2)Green development is the key measure for resource-exhausted cities to seek breakthrough.Due to the long-term large-scale destructive resource exploitation,resourceexhausted cities gradually fall into the "resource trap" from the early "prosperity",which is the inevitable development of resource-exhausted cities under the action of life cycle.Resourceexhausted cities can realize the transformation from traditional development mode to green development mode through green development and solve the limitation of their own development.(3)This paper uses entropy weight method to build a model and evaluation system for green development of resource-exhausted cities,and takes Jiaozuo City as an example to calculate the score of green development in Jiaozuo city from 2005 to 2018.Based on the analysis of the variation trend of green development score in Jiaozuo city,the countermeasures and suggestions for green development in Jiaozuo city are put forward...
