Measurement,Influencing Factors And Improvement Of Green Development Efficiency Of Resource-based Cities In The Yellow River Basin The Path To Study

Ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin are crucial to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Resource-based cities in the Yellow River as a predominantly resources development area,accounting for 45% of the total basin city,the rapid development of industrialization without a powerful energy security,but too extensive development pattern has paid the price,the development of these regions,the contradiction between the rapid development of economy and ecological environment has become increasingly acute,the bottleneck of urban transformation into a "resource curse".The core of high-quality development is green development,which can be used as a reference to make a reasonable judgment of the level of economic development.As an important measure of economic development and ecological protection,green development efficiency is also an important evaluation index to measure the degree of regional green development.This paper focuses on the study of resource-based cities around the Yellow River basin,explores their green development path,understands the space-time pattern of green development efficiency,discusses and analyzes the influencing factors and spatial heterogeneity,so as to provide reference suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of resource-based cities in the Yellow River basin.First this article combed the connotation and characteristics of green development,summarizes the measurement methods of the efficiency of green development on this basis,establish the evaluation of the Yellow River basin resources city green development efficiency of the system of comprehensive evaluation,in the Yellow River basin is made of super efficiency SBM 37 resource-based cities in 2008-2020 green development efficiency in the accounting;Standard deviation and Gini coefficient were used to analyze the time difference of green efficiency evolution.Moran index and natural discontinuity grading method were used to analyze the spatial pattern differences of evolution.The influencing factors are analyzed and empirical research is carried out with the help of GWR model.The results show that :(1)in the long term,the green development efficiency of resource-based cities in the Yellow River basin shows a good trend of development.Since2011,the green development speed has slowed down,and there are spatial differences in the green development efficiency.Taking 2014 as the watershed,the overall green development efficiency presents a V-shaped growth trend.From the perspective of impact degree,the impact of internal differences on overall differences shows a growing trend,while the impact of regional differences shows a downward trend.(2)There are significant differences in green development efficiency among different regions,and the upstream cities are significantly better than the middle and downstream cities;The green development efficiency of different city types is also different,and the growth city is generally superior to the other three types of cities.(3)Resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin are faced with problems such as high resource and environmental load and inadequate economic development.The impacts of various variables on green development efficiency of different cities have specific regression coefficients,and there are great differences.From the perspective of the positive and negative of regression coefficient,green development efficiency by local economic development level,the degree of opening to the outside world,the urbanization process,science and technology innovation ability,the influence of such factors as the influence of above factors on the green development has positive correlation,the relationship between the industrial structure,the level of social security and industrial solid waste utilization level has a negative impact.Based on this,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the green development efficiency of resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin,promote the regional green transformation and development,help the high-quality and sustainable development of the Yellow River basin,and also provide corresponding reference for the green development of resource-based cities in other regions.
