Research On System Dynamics Model Of IT Capability Promotes The Enterprise Independent Innovation

With the arrival of new economic era and the accelerated pace of economicglobalization, Technological progress and innovation are becoming the drivingforce of economic development. In the face of the intense market competition,according to the market needs and changes, enterprise can continue to develop newtechnologies and new products to meet the market needs, and achieve businesstransformation, which is the basic premise of all kinds of modern enterprise’ssurvival, development and growth, and also is the only way to build “Innovativecountry”. The party’s18report also clearly stated,“enterprise is the subject ofinnovation”, so in recent years, the related research of enterprise innovation areexceptionally rich, which also reflects the concern of the enterprise innovation ofacademic. Meanwhile, the impact of information technology development on thebusiness is more and more obvious; especially the study on format ion and functionof enterprise IT capability on the basis of information construction has beenwidespread concern in the industry. At present, research on the role of ITcapabilities are gradually expanding from impact performance andcompetitiveness to wider range, Enterprise independent innovation is one of thecurrent focus attention. Based on this, this paper presents the system dynamicsmodel of IT ability to promote the enterprise independent innovation, Aims toconstruct the relevant model and discuss the effect mechanism of IT capacity tothe enterprise independent innovation through the comprehensive study on therelevant theories and methods,Firstly, this paper builds up the enterprise independent innovation path modelbased on the theory of related literature and analyzes the key factors that affect theenterprise independent innovation. The key factors are divided into two parts,power factors and resource factors. Resource factors include human resources,capital and infrastructure. Power factors include competition, market demand andscience and technology development.Then， from the angle of power factors and resource factors, this paperanalyzes the mechanism of IT capability to promote enterprise independentinnovation.Finally, establish the enterprise independent innovation dynamics model.Describe the boundaries of the model and draw the cause and effect diagram of thesystem and system flow diagram. Analysis the key feedback loops of the systemand build system dynamics equation, finally simulating the system.This study is not only the rich and development of IT capabilities andenterprise independent innovation research results, but also has certain guiding significance to promote the construction of enterprise information and theimplementation of independent innovation.
