Abstract/Summary:
With the popularization of computers,the digital economy rapidly developed during the world,and has also been rapidly fitted into many fields of society,convenient people’s lives.Now,China make much account of digital economy,and domestic research institutions and scholars also explore it from the perspectives of definition,measurement methods,etc.In this period,the opening of health treasure and big data travel cards all over the country has demonstrated the importance of data sharing.The emergence of emerging terms such as "online conference”,“home office","smart transportation" and "smart city" has also continuously demonstrated that the digital economy is infiltrating people’s lives.This thesis presents a complete,clear and novel research idea of digital economy,uses bibliometric analysis to give full play to its advantages in analyzing massive articles in the era of information explosion,and makes up for the deficiency of traditional literature research.Using knowledge map to overview the research,we can refine the research direction and improve the research methods.First of all,with the help of VOSviewer,this thesis analyzes 2704 documents on the digital economy of How Net,sum up the related topics and directions from1994 to 2021,and finds that qualitative research on the digital economy is far more than quantitative research.At the same time,Citee Space is used to analyze the research status of quantitative methods of digital economy,laying the groundwork for the subsequent calculation of the provincial digital economy index.Secondly,select the construction of indicator system for measurement.This thesis also built the network relationship between indicators,so as to select more contributing indicators.Finally,4 first-level targets and 22 second-level targets are selected to build the indicator system and the entropy method Python code is compiled for calculation.From the weight ratio of the first-level indicators,the highest proportion of digital industry is 32.39%,the second is infrastructure,accounting for 32.08%,the weight of digital application is close to 24.02%,and the lowest proportion of digital innovation is only 11.51%.Slowly development in the western region with Sichuan and Chongqing as the core,and weak overall competitiveness of the three eastern provinces".From the performance of the first-level indicators in each province,several provinces with high comprehensive scores have performed well in the first-level indicators,especially in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces in terms of digital innovation;However,the provinces in the lower ranks performed equally in all aspects.Based on this,give the conclusions: accelerate the dissemination and application of basic information and communication technology,popularize the application of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing in the Internet to the public,and vigorously explore the huge value contained in big data;Pay attention to basic education.Training digital economy basic education can be used to help them systematically and pertinently learn theoretical knowledge,and comprehensively improve the overall level of digital economy talents.
