Measurement Of The Development Level And Research On The Spatial Characteristics Of Digital Economy

The digital economy has become the key force for the current high-quality development of the Chinese economy.Its level of development can both reflect the degree of nirvana in the conversion of new and old kinetic energy,and it can also analyze the business environment of economic and social operations from a side.The measurement index system provides the development of the digital economy.Provides a practical technical guide.The premise of measuring the digital economy is to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system on the basis of accurately understanding and grasping the connotation of the digital economy.This has important driving significance for implementing supply-side reforms and realizing innovation-driven development strategies.This article takes the real economic spatial differences of China's economy from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage as the background,and measures the digital economy based on the two main contradictions of the current society: the growing needs of the people's good life and the imbalanced and inadequate development.Theoretical standards are mainly studied from three aspects.First,starting from the macro,micro,and institutional economic law changes triggered by the digital economy,define the connotation of digital economics,and sort out the logical paradigm of digital economic measurement.Second,clarify the logical mechanism of the digital economy to promote high-quality economic development,build a digital economy measurement index system consisting of 6 dimensions and 27 indicators,and use the sample data of Shandong Province in 2018 to test the reliability and feasible effects of the index system.Third,measure the development level of Shandong's digital economy,quantitatively assess its development and current status of differences,and quantitatively analyze its spatial characteristics from the dimensions of regional agglomeration,spatial correlation,center of gravity,and analysis of drivers of spatial differences.The article concludes with empirical research results and proposes future prospects for accelerating the high-quality development of the digital economy.The empirical analysis mainly draws five conclusions.First,the Cronbach's ?reliability coefficient of the digital economy measurement index system exceeds 0.9,which has significant credibility and feasibility.The second is that the measurement of the development of the digital economy in 16 cities in Shandong Province is the highest score of 0.69 points and the lowest score of 0.13 points.The development gap of the ?-? level is obvious.The development of the digital foundation and digital government dimensions is quite different,and the data resources and digital industrialization are different.Smaller.Third,the development level of the digital economy in Shandong Province shows the spatial correlation characteristics of high east and low west,as well as local agglomeration characteristics led by Qingdao,Jinan,Weifang,and Yantai.Fourth,the total center of gravity of the digital economy in Shandong Province and the center of gravity of all dimensions are significantly deviated eastward from the geometric center,and the total center of gravity is located in Lintong County,Weifang City,northeast of the geometric center of gravity.Fifth,the spatial differentiation of the level of digital economy development in Shandong Province is affected by factors such as regional economic levels,administrative levels,and scientific and technological foundations.
