Research On Evaluation Of The Sustainable Development Of Fuzhou Marine Economy

Since 1980s, the theory of sustainable development has been continuously enriched, and it has been applied to the field of the ocean. Excessive expansion of population, destruction of ecological deterioration resource consumption and environmental pollution problems so that people paid a heavy price. People began to pay attention to and make use of the development of the ocean, the development of marine economy has become a new growth point, the marine economy, become the same as the space has important strategic development significance. To study the development of marine economy in Fuzhou city is a trend and inevitable requirement to adapt to the sustainable development in the sea level,2015 is the year of the Fuzhou marine economy development "Twelfth Five-Year" plan, but also for the development of Fuzhou sea economy "Thirteenth Five-Year" start planning to lay the foundation for an important year, divided analysis on the development of marine economy in Fuzhou city, can provide a reference for the city of Fuzhou to complete the "Thirteenth Five-Year" plan.This research through the literature research method, the principal component analysis method and so on experiment research means, study on the sustainable development of marine economy in Fuzhou city. First of all, the author explains the concept and theoretical basis of sustainable development of marine economy. Then, from four dimensions of marine industry, ecological resources, policy and social development, the present situation of Fuzhou marine economy development is analyzed. Secondly, combined with the "Fuzhou marine economy" 45 "plan" research to collect data, build the evaluation index system of sustainable development of marine economy in Fuzhou City. Using principal component analysis method, has carried on the real diagnosis analysis to the 2005-2014 Fuzhou marine economic development overall level, subsystem of marine industry, marine ecological resources subsystem and the subsystem of social development sustainable development level. Finally, from the economic level, the ecological resources and social development level, the paper puts forward the feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the development of marine economy.The results of this study can be concluded as follows:First, the overall level of sustainable development of marine economy in Fuzhou from 2011 to 2013 to enter the stage of moderate sustainable development level, in 2014 is in a strong sustainable development stage.2005-2014 years showed an upward trend. Two is to draw the development level of each subsystem layer. Fuzhou marine industry in 2012 to enter the stage of moderate sustainable development. Marine resources and environment, after 2012 to enter the moderate range of sustainable development. Social development in 2009 into a weak sustainable development stage, and showing a rising trend, in 2013 to enter the strong sustainable development stage. Three is to accelerate the development of ocean fisheries, the rational use of ecological resources and effectively protect the livelihood of the three aspects of the development of the society of Fuzhou marine economy.
