Research On The Measurement And Influencing Factors Of The Development Level Of Digital Economy In China's Province

With the development of information and communication technology,digital economy has achieved rapid development and become a new driving force of economic growth.Since the development of my country’s digital economy has huge potential,it is of great significance to understand the current development of my country’s digital economy and understand the obstacles and problems in the development of digital economy in various provinces.This paper aims to establish a scientific and reasonable digital economy evaluation system,which can objectively analyze the development status and influencing factors of the digital economy in various provinces,and then provide an objective basis for the decision-making of digital economy development.On the basis of combing the relevant research on digital economy at domestic and foreign,firstly,according to the latest lassifictaion of digital economy and core industries blished by the National Bureau of statistics,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation syst.em of digital economy from the perspective of five industries:digital product manufacturing industry,digital product service industry,digital technology application industry,digital factor driven industry and digital efficiency improvement industry.The weight is obtained by using the improved CRITIC-entropy combination weighting method,and the comprehensive score of the digital economy of the thirty provinces from 2015 to 2019 is calculated.Secondly,the K-means clustering method is used to cluster the provinces based on the scores of each industry in the digital economy,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the development of digital economy industries in each province.In addition,the construction of the public attention index is based on the baidu index,and based on the TOE framework,the public attention,informatization level,human capital level,government intervention level,industrial structure level,and regional economic development level are selected from the three levels of "technologyorganization-environment".Using BP neur al network model and spatial econometric model to analyze the influencing factors of digital economy and the spatial spillover effect of each influencing factor.The results of the study are as follows:First,from 2015 to 2019,the development of my country’s digital economy showed an upward trend as a whole,the eastern coastal areas have a relatively high level of digital economy development,while the central and western regions are relatively backward.Second,the development status of digital sub-industries in various provinces is inconsistent.Areas with a higher level of digital economic development are dominated by digital industrial development,while backward areas are dominated by industrial digital development.And the development of my country’s digital economy sub-industries is uneven,the digital product service industry and the factor-driven industry have a relatively high level of development and rapid development,and the digital product manufacturing industry is relatively backward.Third,in the exploration of the influencing factors of my country’s digital economy,it is found that public attention,government support,and informatization level play a positive role in driving the development of the local digital economy,and have a positive spillover effect on nearby areas.The level of regional economic development and human capital level will promote the development of the local digital economy and inhibit the improvement of the development level of the digital economy in the surrounding areas,and the level of industrial structure reflects the negative effect on the development of the digital economy in the surrounding areas.Based on the above research and conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward.The high-level area of digital development drives the development of low-level areas,and promotes the flow of talents,funds and policies,so as to gradually reduce the difference level of regional development and better promote the integrated development of regions.Each province should give play to the driving role of regional strong industries,use advantageous industries to drive the development of backward industries,give better play to the leading role of the government,and then drive the rapid development of digital economy.And it is necessary to optimize the development environment of the digital economy,increase public attention and participation,so as to stimulate investment hotspots and consumption in the digital economy.
