Energy consumption has made an important contribution to economic growth.While promoting economic development,the constraints of energy resources have become more and more obvious,resulting in many environmental problems that cannot be ignored.New energy sources can not only replace traditional energy sources and make up for the shortage of energy,but also reduce the carbon dioxide emissions and environmental pollution problems caused by the use of traditional energy sources,which is of great help in improving the atmospheric environment.As one of the emerging industries,the new energy industry is the main direction of China’s future energy industry development.However,there are still many problems in the development of the new energy industry.This paper aims to achieve the healthy development of the new energy industry in Shaanxi Province.Research in various aspects:In order to discuss and analyze the current development situation of the new energy industry in Shaanxi Province,find the impact path of the new energy industry,combine the explanatory structural model with the cross-correlation impact matrix,analyze the factors affecting the development of the new energy industry,and discuss the impact factors Interrelated causality.Using the ISM to sort out and calculate the relationship between the factors,the multi-layer structure of the new energy industry and the transmission path of influence are obtained,and the direct,indirect and fundamental factors that affect the optimization and upgrading of the new energy industry are found.By using the MICMAC analysis method,the driving force and dependence of the influencing factors are further investigated.At the same time,the analysis and in-depth analysis of the internal hierarchical relationship between the new energy industry structure and the transmission path of influence can provide an important reference for the issuance and formulation of new energy industry related industrial policies.From the perspective of the evolutionary game between new energy companies and the government,using the theoretical methods of evolutionary games,starting from the benefits obtained between the two actors of the government and new energy companies,a new evolutionary game model optimized for the new energy industry is established,and The interactive behavior of corporate strategy selection and the replication of dynamic equations are used to analyze the local stability,and the evolution path of the behavior choice of game subjects is deeply studied.Second,add dynamic incentive measures to further analyze the options of the new energy industry and the government under dynamic incentive measures.Finally,by analyzing the actual data of Shaanxi Province,it provides a theoretical basis for the government to formulate a reasonable new energy industry development policy.Based on the previous analysis,from the perspective of real data,the simulation and analysis of the evolution of new energy industry in Shaanxi Province.When the government issues dynamic compensation strategies,comprehensively consider the system relationship between the internal and external sources of the new energy industry,consider the internal and external influencing factors of the new energy industry,and study the mechanism and role of the new energy industry in different scenarios of industrial policies Affect evolutionary trends.First,based on the system analysis,through the analysis of the impact path of the new energy industry,the application of system dynamics methods,according to the interaction between the factors to build a new energy industry causality diagram and system flow diagram.According to the principle of system dynamics(SD),the relevant data of Shaanxi Province from 2010 to2019 were selected to determine the model parameters and main equations.Using the software Vensim to run the model and verify its effectiveness,dynamic simulation analysis of the new energy evolution behavior of Shaanxi Province in different scenarios,to explore the impact of changes in fundamental factors on the new energy industry,combined with the actual situation for the formulation of new energy industry policies for reference.
