Research On The Evolutionary Game And Linkage Development Of International Dry Ports And Sea Ports

Dry port is developing rapidly in recent years,since the “One Belt And One Road”,government keep releasing multiple favorable policies,it is very advantageous for dry port to speed up to develop and build its internationalization.However,as a new type of China Logistics,dry port still has problems and appeared gradually in the process of development —blind investment and construction,lack of overall planning,fuzzy function orientation.The situation is not conducive to sustainable healthy development of dry port,also hinder the regional economic growth.In order to solve those problems,this paper study to clear the correlation mechanism of dry port and regional economy,analysis the evolutionary game process of dry port and sea port,explore the development level of dry port and sea port.Firstly,from the macro level,the correlation mechanism between dry port and regional economy is studied.Based on the export-base model,this thesis tries to explore the idiographic approaches for dry port to lead the regional economic growth from various aspects,such as the regional labor productivity,cost of commodity production,current cost,export supporting services,customs clearance integration level,the logistic facilitation and e tc.And this thesis establishes a cumulating model of regional economic growth take the dry port development as a variable.Secondly,from the middle level,considering the government as the main regulator in the linkage development of dry port-seaport,build the government-land port-seaport multiple interest subjects of evolutionary game model,from the perspective of evolutionary game theory,analysis the mechanism of dry port,seaport and government in the process of co-evolution,the method of system d ynamics simulation was carried out on the game model,to explore how the adjustment of strategy and variables influence on evolutionary game process,the results show that the government,dry port and seaport will eventually reach(support,participation,participation)stable equilibrium;The government pays more attention to cost and benefit when choosing a strategy.The probability of the government supporting cooperation is positively correlated with the willingness of the dry port and seaport to participate in the cooperation;Reducing cost,increasing the extra income,fair allocation mechanism,the appropriate macroeconomic regulation and control,the government's supporting policy and financial subsidies is the key to promote the linkage development of dry port and seaport;Thirdly,taking Kunming dry port,Fangcheng port,Beihai port,Qinzhou port,Zhanjiang port as example,establishes an index system of dry port-seaport by using grey correlation model,analysis the main affecting factors of the li nkage development of dry port and seaport.Finally,Xi 'an dry port and Tianjin port are selected as evaluation standard,taking Kunming dry port,Fangcheng port,Beihai port,Qinzhou port,Zhanjiang port as example.Evaluating the comprehensive development level of the dry port-seaport system by using the entropy method and the linear weighted method,then,based on the coupled coordination model,the relationship of dry port-seaport system is analyzed,based on grey model,the future of the dry port-seaport system coupling coordination degree is forecast,and put forward the corresponding development ideas and countermeasures according to the results of the study.
