With the rise of cloud technology,some scholars combine building information modeling(BIM)technology with cloud technology and put forward the new concept of BIM cloud platform.BIM cloud platform has the advantages of improving efficiency and promoting collaboration.At present,the diffusion speed of domestic BIM cloud platform technology is slow.Structured interviews are often used to explore the obstacles of BIM cloud platform,and there is a lack of further mathematical model analysis.Considering the high risk of BIM cloud platform,this paper is based on the Prospect Theory,and explore the obstacle factors of BIM cloud platform diffusion in China,analyze and decompose the obstacle factors by using the explanatory structure model,and explore the impact of different obstacle factors on the diffusion and evolution mechanism of BIM cloud platform by using the evolutionary game model.This paper combines the technology diffusion theory with the explanatory structure model,combs the literature from the perspective of technical characteristics,organizational characteristics and technology environment,and identifies 20 obstacle factors,classifies the 20 obstacle factors by Interpretative Structural Modeling Method(ISM),clarify the relationship between the obstacles and establish a system framework diagram.After analysis,the most direct factor hindering the development of BIM cloud platform is the reluctance of enterprise management to change and accept new technologies and the deep-seated factors behind it,including insufficient government support,inconsistent BIM standards and imperfect laws and regulations.This paper introduces the third-party government subject on the basis of the owner and cloud service provider,and constructs the BIM cloud platform adoption,establishment and supervision model of the owner,cloud service provider and government based on the prospect theory to study the evolutionary game.The results of model analysis and numerical examples show that the perceived value of shared data,the perceived value of long-term return and the excess return of cloud platform affect the decision evolution trend of the three subjects;Effective government supervision can improve the risk tolerance of owners and service providers;The development of BIM cloud platform is affected by the value of shared data,government supervision and other factors.According to the results of evolutionary game,this paper puts forward effective suggestions.The conclusions and suggestions of this paper can provide ideas for government policy-making,as well as for domestic cloud platform companies and owners. |
