Research On The Game Optimization Strategy Of Enterprises Participating In The New Building Industrialization Industry Chai

Traditional construction production methods have long failed to meet the requirements of high-quality development in the construction industry.Along with the arrival of a new round of information technology revolution,the relationship between the construction industry and emerging information technology is getting closer and closer,and its scope is expanding,and it forms many cross-disciplines with other industry systems,and the new construction industrialization industrial chain is a product of the cross-field.China has attached great importance to the transformative impact of new construction industrialization,taking new construction industrialization as an important grasp to promote further transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,so it is particularly urgent and important to promote its development.However,there are some problems in the process of developing the actual new construction industrialization industry chain: enterprises with economic interests as the main goal are more concerned about whether they can increase their revenue by participating in the process of building the industry chain,and the low profit at this stage leads to the low enthusiasm of enterprises to join the industry chain and participate in the construction of the industry chain.In addition,the stability of the industrial chain can greatly affect the transformation of enterprises.In the current market environment,many factors affect the stability of the industrial chain,which can easily cause turbulence or even the collapse of the new construction industrialization industrial chain.Given the above problems,the article mainly researches the two major contents of industrial chain construction and stability.With the help of game theory and other related theories,the article constructs a network evolutionary game model of enterprises’ upstream behavior and analyzes how enterprises make strategic choices under the influence of key parameters to promote a better construction of new construction industrialization industrial chain.The main conclusions are as follows: by analyzing the parameters affecting the construction of new construction industrialization industry chain,the proportion of enterprises choosing upward chain behavior is positively correlated with the upward chain coefficient,separate upward chain coefficient,and contribution coefficient,and the proportion of enterprises choosing upward chain behavior is negatively correlated with no upward chain coefficient in general.Among them,the separate up-chaining coefficient has the greatest influence on the construction of a new construction industrialization industry chain.The article identifies the factors influencing the stability of the new construction industrialization industry chain through literature review,analyzes the intrinsic connection between factors through complex network model,and adopts stochastic evolutionary game model on this basis to analyze the influence direction of relevant factors on the stability of the industry chain.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)government incentives are positively correlated with the willingness of the three parties to cooperate,which is the most crucial factor affecting the stability of the industrial chain;(2)the cost of cooperation is negatively correlated with the willingness of the three parties to cooperate,and the evolution trend of the "cooperation" behavior is inverted "U "(3)A reasonable additional benefit distribution coefficient can improve the enthusiasm of cooperation among enterprises and better promote the stability of the new construction industrialization industry chain,and in the actual project each group is rational,this parameter is not easily disturbed by random factors and has little influence on the stability of the industry chain,but plays a catalytic role in the healthy competition among enterprises.plays a catalytic role.By analyzing the construction and stability of the new construction industrial chain,the article shows that improving the operational capacity of the enterprises in the chain and appropriately improving the marginal benefits of the enterprises in the chain can help the construction of the chain;the government should play the role of "chain leader",play the role of visible hand,focus on the development of leading enterprises,advantageous industries,and new strategic industries,crack the problem of cooperative development of the industrial chain,and improve the stability of the chain as a whole.
