With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence,various countries at home and abroad gradually realize the rich educational value of artificial intelligence education in primary and secondary schools,and implement artificial intelligence curriculum teaching in primary and secondary schools,responding to the needs of the current era.However,programming teaching as an important part of artificial intelligence curriculum,there are some shortcomings in the implementation process,such as lack of innovation in students' works,which need to be improved.Based on this,this study will be easy to stimulate creative mix and match in the programming teaching of artificial intelligence courses in middle schools,aiming to provide practical reference for the effective teaching of artificial intelligence courses in middle schools.Based on the artificial intelligence course of junior high school,this research designs the mashup creation process and specific teaching design in the programming teaching part.For creation of explore mashup effect of the application of artificial intelligence programming teaching in middle school,using a quasi-experimental study,the two classes of a school the first grade separately as that in comparative classes and experimental classes,including that in comparative classes in programming teaching part adopts original creation,experimental classes by mashup,to carry out a onesemester course teaching practice of artificial intelligence.Experimental data were collected through questionnaire survey,and SPSS software was used for data analysis.The learning effects of the two classes were compared from three aspects of creativity,learning motivation and cognitive load.The overall framework of this study is as follows: Chapter one,Introduction.This paper expounds the research background,research problems,research content and significance,research methods and ideas of this research.The second chapter is the research review.In order to understand the relevant research status,literature review was conducted from two aspects of mix and match and artificial intelligence curriculum in middle school.The third chapter,research design and research process.Based on the theoretical basis of programming oriented teaching mashup creation teaching design,and research design and research preparation.Chapter four,the application effect analysis of mashup creation.Data analysis and results were carried out from three aspects of creativity,learning motivation and cognitive load.The fifth chapter,conclusion and prospect.Summarize the final conclusion of this study,and discuss the deficiencies,and make a prospect for the follow-up research.The results show that,in terms of creativity,(1)the effect of mashup creation on students' AI course creativity is higher than that of original creation,and the effect on general creativity is not different from that of original creation.(2)After the mashup creation,the creativity of male and female students in AI courses was basically the same,while the creativity of female students in AI courses after the original creation was lower than that of male students.(3)Mashup creation has a better effect on improving the novelty of works,while original creation has a better effect on improving the technical effect of works.In terms of learning motivation.(1)Mashup creation can improve students' overall learning motivation,self-efficacy,expectation of success,learning value and goals,while original creation can only improve students' overall learning motivation.(2)Compared with original creation,mashup creation can improve girls' learning motivation,self-efficacy,expectation of success,and learning value and goals.In terms of cognitive load.(1)the cognitive load generated by students in mashup creation was not significantly different from that of original creation.(2)There is no significant difference in cognitive load between students of different genders in mashup creation and original creation.
