As the hottest investment field in the world,artificial intelligence has increasingly become the driving force of a new round of industrial transformation and scientific and technological revolution.It is also one of the major strategic layouts of the Chinese government.In 1999,Iflytek Co.,ltd.was established in hefei and is a well-known listed enterprise of artificial intelligence in China.Since its establishment 20 years ago,the company has been deeply engaged in natural language understanding,language and speech,machine independent learning reasoning and other core technologies,and has always maintained the international leading level.Iflytek has obtained the independent intellectual property rights of a number of core technologies Relying on core technologies to empower various industries,iflytek has launched ai services and products covering a wide range of industries,such as education,politics and law,medical,smart home,smart city,cars,operators and other fields.As artificial intelligence has penetrated into every field of life,from the world to China,from industry giants to start-ups,companies in the field of artificial intelligence are proliferating and the market competition is increasingly fierce.Iflytek has been established for more than 20 years,and is facing a period of great opportunities in artificial intelligence.This needs the enterprise to carry on the deep level analysis,formulates the suitable product development strategyThis paper consists of four chapters..The first chapter is the introduction,which explains the background,meaning and methodology of the research,sorts out relevant literatures and works on strategic management at home and abroad,and provides the theoretical basis for the analysis of the following article.The second chapter mainly describes the status quo of iflytek's artificial intelligence products and makes an in-depth summary and analysis of the existing problems and causes.The third chapter,as the core content of this paper,makes a comprehensive analysis of the macro environment and internal and external environment of the company by using theoretical models such as PEST tool,five forces model and SWOT model.The fourth chapter carries out strategic selection according to the analysis above,and puts forward Suggestions on the content of strategy implementation and safeguard measuresThrough the analysis of a large number of strategic management and ai related works and literature,this paper finds the problems and causes of iflytek's ai products,and provides theoretical support and reference for the selection and formulation of iflytek's ai product development strategy.Through quantitative and qualitative analysis,analyze the internal and external environment of hkust xunfei summary,analyze the development strategy and decision-making,find the dispatch of hkust fly in under the new situation of the development of artificial intelligence,artificial intelligence to support company product research and development and promotion,in the realization of social benefit at the same time,increase enterprise economic benefits,to maintain long-term competitive advantage,in order to realize the sustainable development of enterprises.
