In more than 20 years of development,the depth and breadth of China's capital market gradually expand,the mechanism is perfect,transparent and efficient market system gradually formed,the capital market also gradually realize the goal of fairness,justice and openness.The concept of " value investment" has been studied and discussed by many scholars along with the gradual maturity of the market.There are a lot of studies on corporate value evaluation in China.Artificial intelligence,as a hot topic in recent years,has attracted a lot of investors' attention as to whether its related companies have investment value.This paper is write for the basic research on this hot issue.In this paper,artificial intelligence as a new field,involving artificial intelligence companies and belongs to the category of high-tech enterprises,whether its r & d investment,business model or the company's future development strategy are greatly different from the traditional enterprises.The future development potential of artificial intelligence listed companies in the rising stage is worth our in-depth study.These characteristics have led us to place greater emphasis on non-financial factors that can predict future performance when valuing them.Therefore,the idea of this paper is to combine the core competitiveness theory,based on the use of free cash flow discount method,select suitable for the characteristics of the company's financial indicators and non-financial indicators,and put them into the value evaluation system,using AHP to calculate the financial coefficient and non-financial coefficient,and finally estimate the company's value,provide reasonable suggestions for the majority of investors,and reveal the investment risk.
