Academic creation is the source of power for scientific research,and it has promoted the rapid development of human knowledge.Since the implementation of the national innovation-driven development strategy,the technological innovation and the construction of innovation research institutions have been included in the core position of China's national development.As one of the main manifestations of scientific research achievements,articles are often directly related to the academic innovation abilities of research scholars,research institutions and even the countries.With the deepening of scientific research,numerous academic papers have emerged.Through the review and analysis of these documents,the papers with much of academic creation ability can be selected,which have played a pivotal role for scientists to understand the revolution of academic development,clarify the next development direction,and promote scientific development.At present,there are mainly two types of methods for the innovative evaluation of academic papers,qualitative analysis methods and quantitative calculation methods.Qualitative analysis methods mainly include peer review,content-based evaluation methods,comprehensive evaluation methods;quantitative calculation methods are mainly based on literature measurement methods,supplemented by objective assignment methods.Besides,scholars focus more on the contents of academic papers.They try to get articles' academic creativity by evaluating their titles,keywords,topic abstracts,references,etc.from the point of quantity,time,quality and other dimensions.Based on previous research,this article proposes the concept of milestone research to evaluate the academic creativity ability,by considering two aspects of the innovation and the importance of academic papers.Then,we can make sure which articles have academic creativity with the discovery of milestone papers.The milestone model built in this paper mainly includes two parts:(1)According to the keywords of academic papers,analysing the age and frequency of all the keywords from the articles,which are included in the artificial intelligence field conference recommended by CCF.Then,the innovation word matrix is constructed from the two dimensions of influence and persistence of keywords.The impact of a keyword indicates the coverage rate of the keyword.It represents how many papers use the same word as a keyword,which is a measure of keywords in terms of breadth.Based on the calculation formula of TF-IDF,this article proposes a calculation method to get keyword influence.The duration of a keyword describes the keyword's time span from when the keyword first appeared to when it was last used.It is a measure method from the time dimension.The calculation process describes the time life cycle of a keyword.At last,the innovation word matrix is constructed,and the keywords are divided into innovation words,potential innovation words and common words.On the basis of this matrix,it can come true to identify innovative words with creativity.(2)After finding the innovative words,corresponding to each word,this article searches the earliest published ten papers that using innovative word as keywords.Then,according to the theory of innovation diffusion,the cited frequency of the paper,the time span since the article published year to 2014 and the h index of the journal are extracted as the key indicators of the influence of each paper.The weight of each indicator can be gotten by using independence weight method.Finally,the milestone model for academic papers is obtained.With Aminer's trend analysis system,there is a compliance rate of more than 70% between the milestone articles found in this article and the high-quality articles recommended by Aminer by manual searching,which means that the milestone model is valid and can be applied.Furthermore,this paper proposes the concept of potencial milestone research.This article analyzes milestone studies and potencial milestone studies from the perspective of the article's year of publication,author,citations and journals,and country of publication.Trying to discover the similarities and differences between milestone research and non-milestone research,explore the development of academic innovation in the field of artificial intelligence,understand the current level of academic innovation,and provide a reference for improving the overall level of academic creativity.
