Identity is the individual-core recognition of self-identity in the society,and professional identity is the reflection of identity in the professional field.Specifically,in the news industry,the impact of new media has frustrated the development of traditional media,and the crisis of the news industry has triggered the professional identity crisis of news practitioners.This paper tries to analyze the "70","80","90" three intergenerational research object origin and motivation,professional emotion and loyalty,news or news professional cognition,self-identity,explore the level of professional identity between different generations,so as to provide vivid and specific case for journalists professional identity research,promote the solution of journalists professional identity crisis.This paper used the method of observation and in-depth interviews,the study found that the "post-70 s","post-80 s" and "post-90 s" professional identity level decreased in order,the subjects had no obvious difference in "news or news professional cognition","self-identity",but in the "origin and motivation","professional emotion and loyalty","post-70 s" professional loyalty because of their professional counterparts,their professional loyalty is low.This article consists of five parts:In the first chapter," what kind of professional status of news practitioners from the perspective of intergenerational differences?" This core problem,sort out the relevant literature,and construct the core framework.Chapter two,describe the working place of the study subjects,and introduce the selection and basic information of the study subjects.Chapter three,in-depth interview with 21 research subjects,and thorough observation of nine research subjects,respectively selected three "after 70","after 80","after 90" as a research object,specifically describe their origin and motivation,professional emotion and loyalty,news or news professional cognition,self-identity,analysis of their professional identity level.In Chapter IV,analyanalyzed the characteristics of the professional identity of research subjects and put forward some countermeasures.Conclusion,return to the status of professional identity of the research subjects,and summarize the characteristics of professional identity,reasons and countermeasures of the three intergenerational research subjects.
