People living in an increasingly developing society have put forward higher demands for their daily health and their health data management.On the other hand,with the transition from "product function-centric" to "user experience-centric",service design has by degrees become the main trend,especially in the Internet and big data era,and people pay more attention to the continuity and smoothness of services.Integrating service design concepts with information technology,applying them in the practice of product design,and providing more scientific and effective procedures and methods,can effectively promote the development of medical products and services.This topic is researched based on the related concepts of service design,with the design of smart Holter monitoring wearable devices as the starting point.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the author analyzes the development status of domestic and foreign service design and Holter monitoring wearable devices with the help of literature and case data,and carries out qualitative and quantitative investigations on existing products and target users.Then the author understands related intelligent technology,summarizes the design features of existing products,understands the user's life situation and the cognition of Holter monitoring,analyzes the survey results to obtain user needs,and uses methods including user interviews,survey questionnaires,empathy map and other methods.Secondly,based on the B2B2 C service model in the insurance scenario,the service process of PDS is discussed,and then the service design elements are discussed using user journey maps,touch point analysis,user profile methods,and analysis of stakeholders.Finally,the author uses methods such as service blueprints,business model canvases,and service system diagrams to gradually build a reasonable service system,and proposes a user-centric service closed loop.Thirdly,with the help of relevant analysis of users,competing products and service design,we can accurately locate the product design direction,and then develop the design practice of product hardware and software.Through brainstorming of sketch plans,design plans,in-depth design and establishment of three-dimensional models and software prototypes,product renderings were output.Finally,the usability test and feasibility verification of the product and service system are carried out to improve the service process and complete the product update iteration.The research purpose of this paper is to apply service design concepts and methods to smart Holter monitoring wearable devices and their service systems,explore new service models in insurance scenarios,and design software and hardware to meet people's actual needs for smart medical care,to provide effective innovative cases and theoretical references for early screening of cardiovascular diseases.
