| Heart disease is the common disease of the circulatory system, a serious threat to the health and safety of human. The electrocardiogram (ECG) is an effective means of heart disease detection in modern medical field. According to heart disease has feature of suddenness, this paper studies software design of real time Holter system based on Android smart terminal, which composed of Android smart terminal and portable ECG acquisition instrument, and realize ECG remote real time monitoring. It has a certain practicality and application prospect.Based on the introduction of portable ECG acquisition instrument, this paper mainly discusses the requirement analysis, architecture design and function module partition of real time Holter system based on Android smart terminal, develops an Android application named BLEHolter, analyzes the key technology used in the realization of the BLEHolter application and the main methods to solve the key and difficult problems. The BLEHolter application uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to achieve the communication between Android smart terminal and portable ECG acquisition instrument, it realizes real time data transmission of three leads ECG data. Android smart terminal can draw real time ECG based on the received ECG data, and execute ECG pre-diagnosis to find ventricular fibrillation signal in a timely manner. The BLEHolter application can use 3G/4G/WIFI to achieve the communication between Android smart terminal and the background server, it can upload ECG data to the background server in real time to realize ECG remote real-time monitoring. Finally, a variety of methods is tested to verify the function and stability of the real time Holter, and the performance of the BLEHolter application is tested and analyzed. It verifies the feasibility and practicality of real time Holter system based on Android smart terminal.By running the BLEHolter application on an Android smart terminal and combining with a portable ECG acquisition instrument, it can realize as long as 25 hours ECG remote real time monitoring within single charge of the Android smart terminal. It will play a very important role in the intelligent remote ECG monitoring system in the future. |
