Study On The Reporting Framework Of The "Rural Governance" Topics Of The People’s Net

Rural revitalization as a vital strategy and deployment,it will have an importance on the realization of the dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation to Party and the country.`’Rural governance ’ is a key link in realizing the strategy of rural revitalization,and reportage on the topic of ’ rural governance ’contributes to respond to the concerns of the grassroots about rural governance and disseminate the vision of rural governance.Based on this context,the research on this topic has significant theoretical value and practical significance,especially helping to for the party media to serve the rural revitalization.The People’s Net is not only a momentous news websites of the country’s first batch,but also is the vanguard of the national news website.It undertakes the significant mission,that is about disseminating vital policies and far-reaching events of the party and the country,and its social influence and credibility are self-evident.Therefore,this paper based on the news reports on the topic of “rural governance”from People’ s Net from 2019 to 2020 as the object investigated,and obtains 1456 research samples of news reports on rural governance by using the data capture method.This paper based on the news framework theory and content analysis method,focusing on the analysis from three levels: basic situation,content analysis and discourse analysis.Specifically from the ’ news source ’,’scope of reporting ’,’reporting object ’,’ reporting length ’,’ reporting genre ’,’ reporting tendency ’,’reporting theme ’,’ source of manuscript ’,’ quotation use ’,’ keywords ’ and other categories to delve the reporting framework of rural governance topic in China.The study finds that（1）the commonly used reporting frameworks of rural governance topic on the People ’ s Net are mainly presented as five types :‘ before-after comparison framework ’,‘ policy support framework ’,‘ rural transformation framework ’,‘ external support framework ’ and ‘ typical case framework ’;（2）The reports about rural governance topic,generally reflect the characteristics of ’ guidance,’ ’ comprehensiveness ’ and ’ people ’;（3）Meanwhile the study finds that,the reporting coverage of the People ’ s Net on rural governance topic has the following deficiency : the scope of the topic is homogeneous,be lack in highlight and difference,to much attention propaganda of achievement,the lack of problem reporting,the dense hue of propaganda and education,the single theme of the report,the emphasis on the official perspective,the lack of public perspective,the imbalance of the topic setting,and the narrowness of the report object.According to the problems presented in the reports,this paper puts forward some optimization suggestions for reports,such as expanding the scope of topics,continuing to improve the content stickiness,increasing critical reports,giving play to the role of media supervision,innovating the perspective of reports,telling outstanding stories about rural governance,dredging two fields of public opinion,providing a dialogue platform for official and people,pay attention to balancing topic of reports,and ensuring the comprehensiveness of reports.Based on the research on the framework of rural governance topic of People ’ s Net,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,about media reports on rural governance topic,enriched the related research fields of rural revitalization topic,and expanded the application of framework theory in rural revitalization topic.
