Research On Reporting Framework Of New Rural Weekly Of People's Daily (2003-2018)

This paper analyzes the new rural weekly of People's Daily.First of all,using the method of multistage sampling from 2003 to 2018 reports of sampling,to get a sample of 938 reports on the sample reports in accordance with the "construction of new socialist countryside" time and "18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China" at a time for a period of time,on the basis of detailed text reading reports,combined with the content analysis method,lists the news source,report form,regional distribution,orientation,reported issues five research category.The research found that the proportion of agriculture in the report of new rural weekly is twice as much as that of farmers,and there is the problem of attaching importance to agriculture while ignoring farmers.In terms of news sources,the proportion of our newspaper's reports has continued to grow,accounting for over 60% of the total after 2013.In terms of reporting genre,communication reports account for the highest proportion,reaching 40% after 2013.In terms of reporting tendency,it has always attached importance to and insisted on positive reports.After 2013,the proportion rose to 90% of the coverage in this stage.In terms of coverage area,it shows a trend of steady increase in the eastern region and a decrease in the fluctuation in the central,western and northeastern regions.On the basis of repeatedly reading the report text,the report Angle and topic of the sample report were divided,and 21 specific report angles and topics were obtained.After that,the perspectives and topics of the report were refined and six main reporting frameworks were obtained.They are development framework,guidance framework,production and marketing framework,support framework,rights protection framework and conflict framework.Among them,development framework runs through,it is core framework;The proportion of the support framework continued to rise.After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it became the second major framework with the deepening of poverty alleviation work.Guidance and production and marketing framework is quite stable,has been in a relatively important position;On the eve of the construction of a new socialist countryside,the proportion of the framework of safeguarding rights and conflicts was about 30%.After the proposal of building a new socialist countryside,the proportion of the framework of safeguarding rights and conflicts was sharply reduced,which was only 10% after the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.After a series of analysis and research,it is found that the content and framework of new rural weekly are deeply influenced by the economic and political environment and the adjustment of policy.New rural weekly adheres to reporting from the perspective of development and strives to be the chronicler and promoter of development.The division of reporting objects is detailed and specific,but there are still problems such as few reports on farmers,few news sources of farmers,and weak interaction with farmers,failing to implement the concept of "adhering to the principal status of farmers" in terms of the number and interaction of reports.Source of new countryside from the Angle of the weekly reports,report form,geographical,and the Angle of orientation,report framework to study,can increase more community understanding of "new countryside" weekly report level,can find "new countryside" reports of the window and the characteristic,can provide other mainstream media,especially the party at all levels in China to do a good job of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" of the news media provide reference,for the media power country revitalization,provide reference for good China's story.
